Josette is the consummate professional. She steered us through the more challenging aspects of a recent sale and purchase and provided the exact measure of kindness versus business savvy that a client could need during a Real Estate transaction. She was a great calming force, a wonderful analyst and tremendous asset! We sold our home in Sierra Madre for far over asking, due to excellent marketing and photographs Josette provided, and we purchased in a very hot Altadena market, at under asking, due to her diligence and great advice!
