So I made appointment for Saturday and stood me up because they couldn’t do Saturday after all and want me to wait till Monday.

Called yesterday, and showed up the very next day morning, very very efficient, they did an excellent job, the headlight assembly now looks like new. I tried to polish it myself, after an hour of hard work, it made no difference. It only took him 35 minutes to make my Volvo S80 lights looking sparking clean. Extremely happy, extremely satisfied… I would recommend Joe’s service to all my friends and anyone who needs Headlight Restoration.

I have a 1966 Mercury Comet, which had a damaged windscreen. Was considering ordering a replacement on line, and having it shipped to a repair shop. It was looking like it was going to be expensive. Contacted Joe’s and they sorted the whole thing out for me (ordered it, delivered it, and installed at my home) saving me 100’s of dollars. Sergio and Calvin did a fantastic job at a really great price. Very highly recommended for all your auto-​glass needs, including classic cars.

Found this headlight restorer on Unilocal and was not disappointed. Called on Monday and asked if they could come on Wednesday (today) morning. They said yes and that they would be at my apartment between 8 – 9. Joe arrived right at 9 o clock ready to go. Once I showed him where my car was parked he went right to work. I asked him how long it would be and I was expecting an hour, he said he would be done in about 20 – 30 min. This guy doesn’t mess around, they don’t use any of that polish or cheap solutions or something, he wet sands the headlights by hand. So I went back up to my apartment and he called me about 30 min later saying he was done. The results were awesome! My headlights looked like they were brand new!!! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the job he did. Would not hesitate to call him again if a headlight restoration is needed on any car I own.

These guys are amazing. They came to me the same day I called and they only took like 10 or 15 minutes to finish the job. They were super professional but also really personable. Plus they were way cheaper than I thought they’d be — my rav4 had a huge crack on the windshield so I needed a total replacement. Call them for sure!

If you want to get your headlights restored, this is the place that’s worth a shot! I called them early today to get a quote for headlight restoration. The guy who answered the phone was courteous and soon we set up a time for him to come over to my house to do the work, which is really convenient for me since I got lots of errands to run. The whole process Took up to 30 minutes. After he finished, I can’t believe my eyes! The headlights are literally brand new now, as if my car just came out of the factory! I did try to do it myself before, but the results wasn’t content at all. So if you don’t know how to do it properly, just call this guy cuz it’s a waste of time for you to do it yourself. The worker was also really nice. He didn’t even charge me additional fee for credit card, which was supposed to, and it was certainly a plus! I will definitely come back here again and recommend to all the people.

Awesome service! Made an appointment and got my windshield fixed in the same day. I very much appreciated the professionalism and flexibility with the appointment. I had originally made my appointment for 2 PM, but then got caught up and had to change it to 3 PM. He was very nice about it, and had no problem changing the appointment with a half hours notice. When he came to the house, he gave an extremely reasonable price for five cracks in my windshield. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Awesome service! Called and showed up within an hour. My 2004 headlights were yellow and foggy. They look so clean and new. In fact, such a great job, that I asked for my 1994 car to be done as well. Price is fair for a house call and quick response, good customer service, and great results. I recommend joe’s auto!

Joe’s auto glass did an amazing job! I had a crack on my windshield from last night and I thought it was 6−12inches and he quoted me $ 70 this morning but as I went to go move my car it grew larger than that overnight. He still charged me the same and did a great job! What customer service! He came to my place and got it done in about 20 – 25 minutes! Thanks Joe!

Sergio and Kelvin were great. Very professional, capable, and very nice guys. They somehow found a very obscure used rear windshield (for a 2014 smart car), came to my location, and installed it the same day for a fraction of the cost that my dealership quoted. The other quotes I received were far higher and would have required a 4 – 5 day wait.
Even though they hadn’t replaced a smart car window before, they quickly figured out the complicated German wiring and efficiently installed the windshield.

Had a small star crack that I wanted repaired before it got worse. I filled out the form for an quote and got a call right away. We made an appointment to come out Saturday morning. He called me about an hour early asking if he could now which was fine. Whole thing took about 30 minutes and I can barely see the repair. No complaints here.

Called to request for a quote and the worker just said, «we are closed.» I asked him wasn’t the shop open until 4 pm (2:30pm right now) and he says «yes, but warehouse closed». So I asked him to see if I can get a price quote and he said «no». No other explanation. Good luck getting customers with that attitude.

After contacting several windshield repair service, I managed to search the web and found Joe’s windshield repair service. While other make me drive to their location. Joe offered to home service that to me was a great convenience. He arrived on time as agreed to my home. Introduced himself in a very friendly manner and immediately began working on the rock hit crack n small hole on my windshield. After a few minutes, the job is quickly completed and my windshield looks great again. Unless the prior crack is pointed out, no one will even notice a repair had been done. I was so happy with the result as it saves me money rather than purchasing a new windshield. Many thanks for the excellent work Joe.

I had a crack about 12 inches long and called Joes Auto Glass in Pasadena and they came to my house for FREE in less than 30 minutes and only charged me $ 70 to fill it! Would have been only $ 50 if the crack wasn’t so big but still great customer service, fast and cheap. They also gave me a lifetime warranty! I would definitely recommend them to anyone living in the eagle rock, hp, pasadena, burbank area because I called around and no one was willing to drive to me or fill the crack. They only wanted to up sale me to replace a windshield without me needing too. The people at Joe’s Auto Glass are honest, respectful and off affordable prices. Thanks to them the crack on my car is hardly noticeable!

Fantastic customer service and quality work!
I called and spoke with Sergio about a broken window on my car. I sent him a photo and the year, model and make of my car. He gave me a quote within 10 minutes that was 50% less than my insurance company wanted!
I met Sergio about 10 min from my house as I needed this to be fixed right away. He was more than willing to accommodate my schedule. Sergio had the glass and crew ready by the time I arrived to our work station.
I met Sergio and his assistant and he proceeded to fix my car. No stress, no awkward conversation. Just a straight forward hard working businessman.
Within 10 minutes my window was installed and good as new. He was even able to get me a factory window at NO ADDITIONAL COST!
Great guy and I will definitely go to him for all glass work. I recommend you give Joe’s Auto Glass a try as well.
Its hard to come by honest people these days, and I have no doubt that Sergio stands by his work and cares about his customers.

Windshield broke on the way home today. Called Joe’s Auto Glass Repair and no more worries. The damage to the windshield (10 inch edge crack) is now barely visible from the exterior. Can see it on the inside, but knowing that it won’t spread and is guaranteed for life — no more worries.
I really appreciated the free mobile service, great price and customer service.
