It’s closed until November due to remodeling. I love their green ginger. You may have to wait a few minutes for them to take your order. Another person was waiting for his drink as I placed my order. Both drinks were made at the same time.

Good place to get a juice in Pasadena! Friendly staff with great suggestions! I do somehow wish they had a filter to keep some of the slurry out of the juice– I don’t always want to chew my juice. Hmmm something to think about. ***There is a Scientology representative that lingers outside of the Pasadena storefront accosting people for the ‘Free Personality Test’ beware!!***

Worst Jamba Juice ever. The last 3 times that I have been, they were out of stock on commonly used items like bananas and strawberries. I gave them a break the first time, but after the third time, that’s just terrible inventory management. The employees are mediocre. Not overly friendly and won’t go out of their way for the customer.

Nice location by Raymond and Colorado. Stop by this location every time I’m in Old Town. My favorite flavor is their Orange Dream. Recently tried their pressed juices. They have a small refrigerator stocked with this stuff. Their pressed juice flavors come in tropical greens, orange reviver, citrus kick, and veggie harvest. My favorite so far is the tropical greens. There is usually a small line when I come, but the wait isn’t too long. Usually in and out within 10 – 15 minutes. Closest parking is the structure on Raymond and Green

Service sucked!!! The customer in front of us was offered to try their juice and when we got to the front of the line we weren’t offered anything, when we were waiting for our order the next customer got offered the free juice/ What the heck??? I felt very offended Wouldn’t NEVER go to this location again

Location is great, not too big a crowd on a Saturday afternoon, though it was on the colder side for weather than normal. Only complaint is that the workers move pretty slowly, there was no one else in line in front or behind us(we ordered 3 drinks), I want to say we were waiting for about 10 minutes for our drinks… the way I compare it, they would never survive at the Jamba Juice in UCSD, and there was 3 people working in the back so not even the excuse of being understaffed.weird.

other than being an extreme fan of Jamba I gave it 5 stars because even though is was apprx 6am the 2 young ladies working gave excellent customer service while smiling and was ready to work! The facility was spotless. A strong sense of positive energy seemed to be afloat! A great way to begin your day!

I use to be a fan of jamba juice. I have to say i am very disappointed now. Drinks dont taste as good, the prices are way higher, and they have even shrunk the cups. Wow. What a disappointment.

I’ve been here plenty of times because the location is convenient. My friend ordered a smoothie and I ordered a 12 oz juice(citrus kick) It said 75cents to add kale but I got charged 1 $ then to get extra ginger it was another 50 cents. My drink came out to 6.39 $… Would’ve rather made it at home for that price. Plus I got over charged a quarter for my kale but whatever. A long line was forming and no orders were coming out. There was a guy with large vintage like glasses and a cute Spanish girl with a long ponytail working, I think her name was Natalie? Anyway they both seemed kinda nice but didn’t think anything was getting done. Even after I waited for my drink for maybe 5−10minutes my friend(who ordered before me) didn’t get hers yet. So I asked the girl about it, then she asked the guy with glasses«did you get this order?» And he’s looking confused then suddenly brings out behind the blender her drink that had been sitting there for maybe more than 5 minutes. He looked like he was debating on throwing it out or making a new one. But instead he just blended it with more ice and put it in a larger cup. Probably gave a bigger size because he felt bad about the wait. I mean I understand if you’re going to do that, I’m not the type to get in your face about a mistake or yell at you to make me a new one– but I would appreciate if he just let us know if it would be okay if he did that. We would’ve been fine with it. I hate to give a bad review but even another women waiting for her drink too was like «Come on…» They just seemed understaffed and not concerned about the waiting customers. You’re in a GREAT location! Wish you guys could step it up a bit.

This Jamba Juice is located right on Colorado Blvd in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, and whether it’s cold or hot, AM or PM, a Jamba Juice is always a refreshing treat! When I went on a hot day in April where temperatures were in the high 80’s to 90’s around 3:30pm on a weekday, when the kids were probably still in school, and adults in their daily grind working, it wasn’t too busy and the ordering process was easy and fulfillment of getting the order out, fast. Parking is always a slight challenge in Old Town, but there’s lots of meters, a free(for 90 minutes) covered parking lot, and if you’re willing to walk a little, there’s unmetered 2 hr zones(free after 6pm) in the surrounding area.

Located on the corner of Colorado and Raymond across the street from thr Sprint store in Old Town Pasadena. As the drinks are consistently made, the service obviously varies from location to location. I usually don’t come to this Jamba Juice, but I decided to stop by because it is HOT outside. The person that took my order was quick, brief, and never cracked a smile. She looked like she couldn’t wait for her shift to be over. Not a good experience. The drinks are always a hit, and you really can’t go wrong with the Strawberries Wild. Great drinks, poor service

Place was slammed with people this past Sunday with the record breaking heat. My friend from Jersey had promised his kid Jamba after playing up the street at Memorial Park. After waiting about 15 minutes were finally able to order. I got the kale, carrot, something drink. It was my first time trying and it was pretty dang good. I downed it and shortly after went on an hour run which despite the heat felt great! Will be getting this again perhaps even today.

Ever since I briefly worked at Jamba Juice in Malibu’s Pepperdine University, I’ve been pretty obsessed with going to other Jamba Juices and getting my fix there. And this one is the best by far. Amazing, super friendly servers with great personalities that make pleasant conversation with me. Their $ 2 off summer coupon deals rock, and it’s pretty great to get a small neighbor discount for working nearby at Blick as well. Delicious smoothies, and this is currently my favorite place to hit up in Old Town. Old Town five star winning customer service once again.

This Jamba location is always crowded! Line’s always out the door. We saw Demi Moore and Ashton long time ago at this location. LOL! Service is always pretty good, smoothies are consistent. The gummy flavors are delicious! Also Strawberry Surf Rider’s a good one too!

The only time you see me at Jamba Juice is when they have the BOGO Free coupons! Does that make me cheap? =D I came here recently and it wasn’t for the BOGO Free deal but… wait for it… Groupon! LOL Groupon Deal: 2 medium Whirl’ns frozen yogurts with two toppings each for $ 5! Now that’s a deal! Normally it’s $ 4+ for a medium and one topping. Score! We ordered the Swirly Strawberry Vanilla(me) and Magnificent Mango Pineapple(bf) and both got the granola and bananas as our toppings. Surprisingly, the froyo was pretty good! Better than yogurtland? Jamba’s version is creamier and thicker so it depends on what you like. The medium was too much, I would’ve been satisfied with a small. I couldn’t finish it but thanks to my BF, it didn’t go to waste. That’s what BFs are for… Garbage Disposals LOL =D

Fast Cheap Easy Drinks are standard. Note: if you get a drink that’s 16oz with whey, then it’ll expand to bigger. Woot. The fail was the girl not telling us about the free boost. I knew about it but my friend didn’t(enter Rob P) and I told him he could get a free boost! Eh… That didn’t sit well with me. Let your customer know these things…
