I needed a custom-​cut piece of glass — Harry’s gave a slightly better than competitive price and created a beautifully finished piece of glass. This had to have been a tiny job for them, but the work and customer service were great.

I had my glass palette custom-​made by Harry’s and it’s excellent. The staff was very helpful, and finished work is beautiful. They glued the glass on the plastic board and even sanded the open edge so I won’t get cut. The price is very reasonable. Definitely will have all my future glass work done here!

Harry’s replaced a glass panel broken on my china hutch during a move. I called them in advance and they asked that bring one of the shards to confirm color and thickness. They were very friendly and able to cut the glass in about 15 minutes it fit perfectly. I will definitely be back.

I have been taking all my glass needs to Harry’s for over 20 years. The best place ever to get things done right, fast, with reasonable price. Thanks for the many years of excellent work. God bless you all.

Brought in an oval frame that needed new glass. It took them 15 minutes. Not even that long. Thanks guys!

I got a ¼” thick rectangular glass table-​top for my travertine coffee table from here. The price was very fair when I compared it to other glass places and the man who took my order was helpful. They called me to pick up my order two days after they said it would be ready — that was okay though since I wasn’t in a rush. My only complaint is that they didn’t round/​smoothen the corners of the glass, so as a result, it’s super sharp and I’ve scratched my knee running into the corners a couple of times. I didn’t realize this until after I brought it home and scratched myself but it’s too heavy to put into the car and bring it back to them.

A few weeks back I came home to find that my glass shower door had exploded all over my bathroom. I had no idea what to do. Harry’s had me bring in the other door, and within a few days they had custom made a door to match. I installed it in less than 5 minutes. It was a huge savings over buying a new enclosure. Important tip… Bring in all of the hardware from the old door. I didn’t, and Harry’s solved my problem anyway.

I should have heeded warnings from previous Unilocalers regarding the customer service. Robert is very impolite and brusque. I needed a window at my work replaced and they were the first company I called. A guy named Jeff was nice on the phone so I’d like to give him credit but everyone else followed suit in Robert’s incompetence and rudeness. I followed up with them myself after waiting 2 hours for a call back from Robert just to confirm with him that yes indeed we wanted service. Unbelievable. When I finally got a hold of him he was rude and didn’t make it seem like he wanted my business. I had to keep prodding him for a firm answer on when the glass would come in and letting him know that he would need to call me to let me know.
I’m giving Harry’s Glass Shop 2 stars instead of 1 because Ruben, who came to assess the damage and did a great job installing the new glass, was sweet. The man he brought with him for the installation was very nice as well. Robert didn’t even bother to tell them that they needed to come install the window after 10 so they showed up at 9 during our staff meeting and had to come back again later. They have to put up with Robert on a daily basis… I can only imagine what that must be like. This guy doesn’t even listen to you when you talk to him.
I would not recommend this company.

I should have gotten a quote over the phone first — my mistake! $ 101.64 to replace one 20″ by 13″ pane of glass in a wood frame, easy access on first floor window and down low. Seemed pretty high, price-​wise. He said they charge about $ 79 per hour and he was here about a half hour. The window looks good and he put down a tarp first inside the house. Don’t know if I’ll use again — will def. call around for quotes over the phone.

A couple of weeks ago I walked outside of my condo unit to do some laundry and ended up locking myself out of my unit. I could not move the sliding windows because I had window locks attached at the bottom. You know what they actually work. I tried to push the window to see if I could open it when it broke and shattered. Cursing to myself I knew that I’d have to find someone to replace it. Looking on Unilocal I found Harry’s Glass Shop and called them. I gave them the dimensions of the glass and they told me that it would be $ 109.35 to come out to replace and install it. I thought that was a great price. I set up a time on a Friday and they sent someone down at 9 am and the person was finished in about 20 minutes. The repair person did a great job. Hopefully I will not be needing the services of Harry’s Glass shop anytime soon but if I do I know who to call.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a glass vendor. Whoever handled my request, was utterly incompetent and rude. Hanging up on customers is not a way to earn business and keep them. Look elsewhere!
I recommend Century Shower Door. They make beautiful shower doors and mirrors. Their customer service is A+.

Harry’s Glass does excellent work. If you have any type of problem or challenge, these are the people to consult. They did a project for me that was refused by all others. In addition to being easy to work with, their work was impeccable, neat, clean, on time, on target. My father (being an old Pasadena person) recommended them and I have used them multiple times, always amazed and delighted with their service.
