I should say that this 2 stary is an average of the doctor’s review and the administrative staff’s review.
My doctor here is Stanley Tu. He is a good, decent, caring doctor. He once personally called the mail order pharmacy for me because his staff is so incompetent. He is nice. I would give him 5 stars.
His administrative staff gets –1 stars. They are slow on the phone and in person, and every time my pharmacy tries to reach out to them to get my prescription approved, they IGNORE my pharmacy! Really? I’m not using some small, nameless pharmacy either. I’m using CVS! I imagine a lot of people use CVS, so why is it that I’ve had to fill prescriptions 5 different times here and each time it is a complete struggle to get them to respond to anything? My pharmacy once again called me today to tell me that after faxing them the prescription request 3 days ago, they got no response.
As much as I like Dr. Tu, I am seriously considering looking for a different doctor. His pathetic admin staff should all get fired. I’m sure someone else will gladly take their job and display a little more enthusiasm and competence than them.

I saw dr. Browne and he was okay. However, he referred me to SleepMed and their facility doesn’t offer the best service.

The staff here are excellent. It’s not just good enough to have a great doctor, but all the support staff here are polite, professional, are engaged in the business and they are courteous. I have seen Dr. Raju twice now, sadly she is leaving the practice, she was able to help me with issues very quickly and she has a great sense of humor. She can read patients very well. Extra kudos to the staff at the front desk.

Dr Tu was very accessible during the week, but when I was really sick at 2:30 am this weekend, and paged twice, I never got a call back. I will give the benefit of a doubt that he never got the message, because I can’t imagine a Dr not responding to urgent patient calls after hours. The three stars is for having an incompetent paging system. Urgent care was an hour and a half wait, so I stayed home, and didn’t feel like I had a lot of options.

Visited dr Stanley Tu.
One of the best doctors i have seen.
Took time to listen everything and explaied in details every open question.
They also gave referal as needed same day, and even scheduled appointment to specialist themself.
very recommended!

Dr. Stanley Tu is the best! He listens and always addresses every issue I have. And he’s always right! Go see him if you want a great doctor. He is direct and to the point so the appointments are rather fast sometimes but no complaints out of me. Quick is good!
