We have used Fetch! Pet sitting service for pet sitting our two cats.
We have used them numerous times, and they key keeping service that they offer makes everything very convenient since I can arrange the service by email. Also they charge the credit card on file which relieves the need for check writing. It is really convenient!
Their service is very good. We use Leslie as our service provider and we insist to have her every time. She is really amazing and cares about the kitties a lot.
Leslie also goes beyond the call of duty to care for the cats, for instance she spent a lot of her time to make sure the fans works properly and there is nothing wrong with the fuse. She also volunteered to visit kitties extra times without charging us. And also gets some gift toys or blankets for the cats!
She also regularly keeps us informed about the well being of the cats, and send us pictures of them
Overall, very satisfied with the service by Leslie and would highly recommend her and the Fetch! Pet sitting Service.

I am so happy to find you for my dog Jack. He is a disabled dog and needs a special care So I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find anyone who could watch him while I was running LA Marathon. Elizabeth and Priska, thank you very much! I didn’t have to worry about Jack on the race day, and I was focus on running. You are so professional and very, very sweet!

A beautiful 4 week old kitten found its way into our lives on my birthday last year and she was the perfect gift. We love her and treat her like a little princess.
We travel often and sometimes for 10 to 14 days at a time so finding a good pet sitter has been a challenge.
Anyway, I decided it would be best to go with a professional service. I researched companies on Unilocal and found Fetch. They had great reviews, their sitters are trained and they are bonded. I called to set up a meet and great with my kitty and spoke with the manager, Elizabeth. Elizabeth is very kind and quick to respond. We had a trip coming up for Christmas and she matched us up with Pricilla.
Pricilla is a dream, she stayed with our kitty for 4 days and sent picture and email updates everyday, morning and evening. Pricilla followed the same routine we had set up and added some extra play time in as well!
We had a last minute business trip a day after we got back and Elizabeth and Pricilla were very accommodating. Pricilla came over while we were still getting ready to go and our kitty went up to her and started purring and rubbing her leg. I was so shocked and happy! Our kitty is slow to warm up to strangers and has never responded to anyone else the way she does to us so it means a lot to know my princess loves her sitter.
The big test came when we went to Australia for 2 weeks. Pricilla stayed over night for 12 hours each day and came for a 45 minute feeding and playtime during the day. Pricilla was unable to come everyday for the afternoon visit so Elizabeth set up Nick to cover those appointments. Again, updates everyday, 3 times a day with pictures of Monkey (that’s my kitty) playing and eating. Both Pricilla and Nick gave email or text updates too.
Before, when we came back from being out of town, there was about a two day period when Monkey would be mad and distant before finally warming back up. After Australia, she was just as happy when we returned as she was when we left! It was clear Monkey was use to playing before breakfast, at her midday feeding and at night before bed and she has finally trained us to follow that new schedule as well. :-)
In short, I am no longer concerned about traveling. Gong with Elizabeth and her team at Fetch was the perfect choice and I definitely encourage anyone needing pet sitter services to give them a try. Their rates are the same as I was paying the other sitters but the quality is WAY better.
Pricilla and Nick are fantastic and I recommend using them. just not when I need them. :-)

My cat/​fish sitter was Pricilla and I just have to say I’m so glad we spent the money for a sitter. We almost didn’t and it would have been terrible for my fur babies. Pricilla learned my cats’ habits, personalities, and needs very quickly. She played with one of my fat cats more often than we do and I realized after we got back that she lost weight! I’m sure the vet will appreciate it. Pricilla also made suggestions for both the cats and fish and it gave me so much confidence in her that I increases the visitation dates. I would highly recommend Fetch and Pricilla for any pet sitting job.

This review is long overdue! Fetch is a 5-​star RELIABLE, caring and reasonably priced service. They keep great track of the visits, we are never mis-​charged and they are accommodating to last minute scheduling shifts.
Our dogs Roxie and Chex are cared for daily and in the event that our walker is absent (illness, scheduling conflict), Elizabeth (owner) has a back-​up on deck and will even stand-​in herself if needed. When we first adopted Chex over a year ago, he was recovering from patella surgery and we had many special request for the first 6 mos (depending on what stage he was in his recovery); Rudi obliged without fail and we felt very confident in his care. Rudi is also a great photographer and his mid-​day texts put us at ease while away at work during the day. Hands down this is our pet care service!!!

Love using Fetch! Pearl has been walking Knox frequently since July and we have both been very happy with her services. Its great knowing I can count on her and Elizabeth to show up and take care of the little guy whenever I can’t be there.

We are relatively new to the area and have tried a couple different options for our old, but still energetic and moderately nervous dog. Elizabeth and her team at Fetch! have been by far the most professional, consistent, reliable, and kind. The turnaround time on communication with every Fetch! inquiry we’ve had has been outstanding! In addition, we receive a text with photo documentation of our dog’s well-​being and happiness with each service, and Elizabeth and both of our regular sitters (Emmanuel and Priska) are great with our dog!
We are extremely happy with this service and would recommend it to everyone! It’s great to have such peace of mind when we can’t be there with our dog.

We contacted Fetch for a pet taxi and overnight sitter b/​c our dog was a Groomsdog for our wedding. Elizabeth has excellent customer service, responded quickly and was flexible with our needs. We had a consultation with our sitter, Leslie. She was great in getting to know our dog, Boomer, and he loved her at first hug. Leslie dog sat Boomer during the wedding and made sure he looked perfect in his tuxedo. Boomer stayed with her for 2 nights and she provided updates on how he was doing and made sure he was as comfortable as can be. Fetch Pasadena is highly recommended!

I needed last minute pet sitting and I called Fetch… Elizabeth was amazing and my dogs loved her. Elizabeth sent me pics and updates the entire time and I won’t hesitate to acquire her business in the future. I highly recommend Fetch and Elizabeth!

Leslie was amazing! I was very concerned about an upcoming trip as my cat had recently become ill
and needed medication. She was there twice a day, sent me pictures and took excellent care of my pet. When I returned it was evident she had diligently given the medication as the condition had improved. I will absolutely be utilizing the service again. If you are looking for someone to treat your pet as well as you do, I advise contacting Fetch!

Still using Fetch nearly 4 years later. I’ve graduated from dog walking to dog sitting while I travel for work. My new sitter is Ellen who is such a gem. She loves dogs and it shows. My pup is always happy to see Ellen which makes me happy and puts my mind at ease. Highly recommend this service!

Top-​notch company! I received cat sitting care from Fetch while my family traveled for vacation. Heather was the «sitter», and she came by twice to check on our cat — and also watered our plants and brought in the mail! Each time, she sent me a quick update by text message, just to let me know how the visit went. I would absolutely recommend Fetch (and Heather) to others looking for quality pet care, and will definitely use them again!

We were looking for pet care in the area and Elizabeth from Fetch responded very quickly and immediately scheduled an appointment to go over the care of our dogs Kicsi and Crash. We also got to meet our sitter, Leah. It was a great experience that started off nerve wracking and scary. We gave them detailed directions in how and when to feed them and care for them. Leah was really receptive and we could tell that she truly loved what she does.
We were going to be out of town for almost a week and our pups had never been left in the care of anyone except close friends and family. Each time Leah came to visit she sent us cute notes and pictures of our pups. She kept us informed and gave us the ability to really enjoying our trip since we knew they were in great hands. We just had a terrific experience with Fetch staying with and taking care of our mastiff. Rudi was amazing with him, his ease with and love of animals was obvious from the first minute. We came back to a healthy, contented dog.
Our dog is on a medication currently, and Rudi gave him his daily pills without problem or complaint– a very slobbery business in our dog’s case!
Elisabeth was also wonderful to work with, she seemed to take a genuine interest in the animal, and even went out of her way to come meet him. I was very impressed with the whole outfit, and recommend them extremely highly.

Rudi from Fetch has walked our two dogs daily for several months now. We have a large, dominant German Shepherd and a small, submissive Labradoodle. They both love Rudi and look forward to his walks. And he is able to handle their very different personalities and strengths.

I have to agree with them.

Generally I aim to support local business but I was desperate after a local pet sitting company gave me the run around so I contacted FETCH last minute and I am so glad that I did!
PROS:
Quick Service — Tammy promptly answered my call and took all the details down.
then in less than an hour she connected me with an excellent pet sitter who could board my cavalier in their home.
Detailed Intake Process — The agreement and details were all clearly spelled out. They had me fill out an extensive Client and Pet Information Sheet that asked about my cavaliers every need and my expectations.
Customer Service — We were really lucky that we had such a great sitter, her and her family boarded our dog and gave her round the clock love which is something that could not have been offered in a kennel. In fact I think they were able to spend more time each day with my cavalier than I am typically able to and I know my little one would be happy to visit that sitter again.
CONS:
None that I can think of. The cost of boarding dogs in general feels a little high but FETCH charges in the same price range of other options and I felt my puppy was given much more than other places could or would have offered.
Note: It seems FETCH is a franchise however they tend to have local owners who operate each individual branch. Tammy was very professional to deal with and I could tell she cares a great deal about pets as well as her business.

We came up with the vacation plan on the Christmas Day, and the kennel we used for Ally was full. Thanks Tammy for finding us Heather. We really appreciated the professional service provided and Ally was much happier than she was when I picked her up from the kennel. If you haven’t tried pet sitter service before, I recommend trying Fetch! first.

I have been a Fetch customer for several years — starting in Sacramento and then when I moved back down to Pasadena, I contacted Tammy and Stedman. They have been AMAZING! Super helpful, very responsive and seem to always to be able to assist me or provide a reasonable alternative. Melanie, Simmone and Ellen have come to visit my 2 cats on several occasions and have always provided texts, pics, and/​or videos to show me how my little ones were doing :) Even when I was gone for 3 weeks and was super worried and missing them, I got responses every day to ensure it was all good! I would HIGHLY recommend this service — it’s especially amazing for cats because they’re able to stay in their home environment :) Thank you Fetch Pet Care SGV!!!

If you’re anyone like me who adores her cats and stresses about leaving them alone while on vacation, then I highly recommend Fetch Pet Services. I’ve been using Fetch a few times now and I’m so happy with the services. Sara comes to my home twice a day, cleans the litter boxes, replaces water, and wet & dry food. I leave a lot of instruction around my home, and even post paper signs on my walls for kitty care instructions. Lol, my cats are a little high maintenance and messy. Plus, I’m super meticulous with my kitties care, even to the point of giving them bottled water instead of tap. When I arrive home, all my instructions are followed beautifully! I finally have peace of mind about leaving town, knowing that my cats are well cared for.
