The loan process is hard to comprehend and can be stressful for the buyer, but he does his due diligence to get you the best package possible, help you understand the loan options and ease the transaction.
His customer service is top notch, every question answered quickly or reasonably possible. He is knowledgeable, persistent, courteous and patient. There were times when I talked to Daniel more that my own family and on his vacation. One transaction he made the impossible, possible. All within reason and whats permitted by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, of course. The selling agent even spoke highly of him for keeping her informed of the loan status, which she said was rare for a lender to contact a selling agent.
He is straight forward and direct. As any lender, a lot of documentation is required and he prefers to make a knowledgeable assessment from the beginning.
Other lender’s I’ve used previously, just require the minimum only to not deliver once all the remaining documents are provided.
I have complete trust in him, I am more knowledgeable now about the loan process and options because of him. He is my go to guy from now on and referring him to who ever needs an exceptional lender/​mortgage broker.

Borrowers desperately need a loan officer with superior knowledge & attention to detail.
The person is vastly more important than the lending company or bank.
(The regular banks are not the way to go as borrowers find out the hard way.
Go to a mortgage banker which is Daniel’s firm.)
Daniel is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy.
He’s with a company he loves and that is also vital to the borrower.
Speaking as an insider: Big Bank loan officers are generally very frustrated with their companies but have more borrowers than they can handle to the detriment of all borrowers. Another reason not to go to the big banks.

OMG. What an unethical, horrible broker and person for that matter. My husband and I made an offer with two pre approvals from two different banks. The sellers wanted us to cross qualify with Daniel, which should have been easy, based on the fact that we were already pre approved and underwritten. Nope. This man refused to approve us, and refused to try to even do the work to qualify us because, in his words «I’m not getting paid for this.» How is that our fault? We didn’t ask him to cross qualify us, the selling agent did. Once he finally did send us an email stating he believed we had a loan that would close (after two days of complaining about all the free work he was doing), he then turned around and told the selling agents that he believed we would have trouble closing the loan. After he had said to us we were approved! Then, he illegally steered the sellers toward the only offer we were up against based on his opinion we couldn’t close the loan, and he didn’t think our mortgage broker was competent. We were pre approved already for goodness sake. How do you disqualify someone without trying to qualify them? Stay away, far away from this guy. We are reporting him and hope he loses his license.

Awesome and experienced direct lender who knows how to close. I’m in the entertainment industry and had about 20 W2s, multiple 1099s and a very odd income structure. He closed our loan after having things fall apart last year with an inexperienced broker. Recommend Daniel and Prime 100%!!!
