The kind and helpful staff, bargain prices, and product availability are hard to beat. I don’t like to waste my time driving around town, sacrificing precious time and money. I save myself the trouble by making my stop here.
I have bought blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, shears, and beauty products here for over ten years now and I haven’t been let down.

Better service but no one is ever at the front! I always have to yell «hellllooooo» and then when someone sees me, they ask if I’m ready. *face palm* no, I’m just standing here. Lol other than that service was much better. The girl gave me free samples!

Came into take a look around .Didn’t know that you are not allowed in the store if you don’t have a hair stylist card. The two women were super rude. Especially the young girl with brown hair. She told me me that I couldn’t be in the store and that I had to leave. Can’t even take a look around? Anyways… Just an FYI to management. You need to hire people with better costumer service. They are extremely rude and unfriendly. You can expect to get good business if your employees are bringing their personal problems to work. Both girls need major attitude adjustments. This review doesn’t even deserve a star.

I work in both LA and Riverside counties, and when I’m in LA, I love to stop by this Pasadena store due to the ladies who know so much and are on top of their product knowledge. They’ve helped me countless times and always want me to know about the newest trends and great deals they have going on. Also, their smiles and personalities are also a great plus! Which is not what I can say for the Glendale Cosmoprof. Very professional ladies! Thank you and can’t wait to see you again.

The store is very organized and clean. It truly makes visits a lot easier, especially when you’re in a rush– story of my life.
It’s seriously a blessing to me that Cosmoprof is near my work, sometimes (someeeetimes! I’d never ever take advantage of their kindness!!) when I really am pressed for time (told ya!) I’ll call and they are so sweet to put the color up front so I can grab and go. That my friends, is what you call customer service!

I’d rate this store a lot higher if it weren’t for the older frail lady that helped me. This was my first trip here and I specifically went in to buy a flat iron. Once I had made my selection I put the merchandise on the counter and the lady just stood there and looked at me like an idiot for what seemed like an eternity. I said hi to her to break the awkward silence and then she asked me if I was going to purchase the flat iron. I said yes and then she told me that they don’t sell to the public. I said yes, I know. And then she still looked at me like an idiot and then finally asked if I had my license. After I replied yes, her whole demeanor changed in a snap and was completely polite to me. Just because I looked like a hobo with plain blk hair doesn’t mean she has the right to judge me! She needs more customer service and social skills! After completing my registration with her she then proceeded to ask me if I could help out a lady who was also looking for a flat iron! Really?! Why is she even working there? I had to answer numerous questions for this lady when the employee should’ve known the answers to! Smh! On a lighter note, the store itself was amazing. Clean and organized.

Love shopping at this professional only store. Their hours and location is much better than their competitor. The layout is nice and easy to find things. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cosmoprof is the go-​to if you have the accreditation to shop for professional salon products at a discount price. I’ve been accustomed to Maly’s, but prefer Cosmoprof overall. Great samples, gift sets, and daily specials. This store is very organized and clean. Brian, one of the staff members, always greets me with a friendly smile and «Hey! How are you?!» Nevertheless, whoever is working is very helpful and accurately assists me with all of my questions and needs.
In the same shopping center as my tanning salon, that darn automatic door opens every time I walk by… and so b/​c I cannot help myself, I always find myself drawn to the OPI nail color racks to pick up the newest in – season shade (s).

Great store. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Hours on Sun are tricky (I have missed them a few times). Great selection, always have what I need and easy parking!
