Casa Ole

Great food. The rice is nice and fluffy with good taste. Bean are tasty with bacon bits. The meats are juice, not dry. The enchiladas sauce are delicious with just the right spices. Margarita cheap. Manager comes by and checks on your food.

If i never go there again i may die. This place was so much better than gringos. The staff was friendlier and the food was better prepared and beautifully plated. as a CIA grad im picky but this was just wonderful!

Just no. Don’t go here. If you want Casa Olé drive a little further to the one in Deer Park, just keep going down Spencer until you pass Center street and it’s on your right.
Where to start. I have been here twice since they opened this location, which was early 2014 I believe. I used to visit the Casa Olé when it was back towards HWY 3 and never had any problems. Always good food and service. I don’t know what happened when they moved but here’s the problems I recall with my visits:
1) Bad Margaritas– they are very sour just get beer instead if you want an adult beverage or be ready for heartburn
2) The wait staff seems to care less that you are there. I had two different people wait on me. They don’t check on you, fill up your drink, take your order, bring your food. And when you’re sitting there with a small child that cant get something to drink you remember that ‘ish.
If you cant please my 6 year old we aren’t coming back. There’s plenty of other places that are family friendly I can spend my money at.
3) They gave us the wrong food. Ordered chicken fajitas and got beef.
4) charged us for a kids meal when I had a coupon.
There were other things but its been a couple of months since the last time we were there soo. when in doubt, try it yourself but I wont be going back to this location.

I got the taco salad and it was great. A lot of families were enjoying themselves and the servers seemed to all be in a decent mood. The place itself was nice overall.

Casa olé number 1 and the other one on soencer near Westside closed and mived here! Same great favorites and fantastic service. Still a fan.
