Bestway Rent-A-Car

The only car rental spot I found that rents vehicles to young drivers (18 – 20 yrs old)! Helped me a big time! Very friendly staff. They’re efficient on service. They gave me a 2016 brand new Versa, it was a pleasant drive! (Little tip: be sure to fill the gas tank up to how it was when you rented the vehicle, the fuel price that they charge can be really high if they have to fill it up.)

It’s in the name! You can’t name your business Bestway if you don’t offer the best way.
I was looking for a Prius. Called a local shop and two Enterprises. No luck! Worst of all, their services were below par. Vic on the other hand totally made my life easier. Definitely ask for him when you call. He’s a chill guy. He walked me through everything. No fuss, no muss. If I ever need a car again, I’m coming here.

My car was totaled and I had to rent a car during the week of Valentines Day and a marathon going on. All the other places had NO cars so I went to this neighborhood rent-​a-​car place, they had plenty of cars, the price was reasonable and affordable. The folks were super nice and understanding with my situation. I rented weekly and they were so relaxed about me just calling to extend the rental. I recommend this place to anyone.

Staff offered to drop me off at my auto repair shop when my car gets fixed. Their employees know about a lot about the city. The service is over and above all my expectations.

No-​nonsense, simplified rental process that allows for a quick and easy experience when renting. I really appreciate the helpful staff and their flexibility when it comes to using a debit card to rent (instead of a credit card). The cars are in good condition, rental rates are reasonable and they also have an excellent $ 9.99 per day liability waiver that I suggest everyone take as it covers drivers for any damage done to the car.

They hook me up with a good deal on a full sized van whenever I need one. Staff is really helpful.

I went with this company due to the high ratings. When we went in to pick up the car we wound up waiting for 15 minutes or so just to check out and another 5 minutes to get the car. The vehicle was dirty inside and had not been deep cleaned in a while and the check engine light was on the whole time which they told me not to worry about. The dust inside was so bad that I wound up having a terrible reaction. Thankfully I was able to exchange the vehicle but was ultimately disappointed with the while experience. They even fought giving me a discount due to the vehicle making me sick. When I finally checked out they offered me a $ 5 coupon for «positive» reviews only, revealing why a service that rented such crappy cars had gotten such positive ratings.

You wont find a car rental place with better rates than this one! I rented a 2013 toyota corolla for $ 200 per week! I had to extend my rental for 3 days and it wasnt a problem at all. Returning the car was easy and fast! Would rent again with out a doubt! Thank you bestaway!

I rented a cargo van from these guys and completely droped the ball. Not only was i 2 hours late and had insufficient fuel i broke the pasanger side window as a result they had to get a van from there Burbank location. Bestway didn’t charge me for insufficient gas or the installation of the part Vic and Alfonso were kind and professional to me they even gave me a ride home. If you ever need a vehicle look no further choose Bestway.

We had an amazing experience with the best way auto rental! Robert and Joel were so great and helped me through a difficult time. The car we rented was clean and super fuel efficient. I will recommend this place to everyone who needs a rental!

I went to this Bestway based on the 5-​star positive reviews on Unilocal.
The staff was cold and not exactly friendly despite my smiles and positive attitude upon greeting them. They had only two types of cars to choose from: Toyota Corolla or Ford Expedition. I took my business to another rental place nearby and rented a sub 4000mi 2016 Mazda 6 for roughly the same price $ 175/​wk and received very friendly service and lots of smiles.
Poor selection, standard customer service. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews for this place. I must have had bad luck I guess. On the positive side, this place was easy to find.

Don’t waste your time and money at Enterprise etc. These bigger companies are too big to care. Just after New Year’s I needed a car and went to Enterprise. After waiting for half an hour I walked up to the front desk and asked when a car would be available. The rental agent told me that it would be at least 2 hours. So I asked to talk to the manager. I explained that I had a doctor’s appointment and urgently needed a car. Without any apology he just repeated what the previous rep had told me. So I called Bestway and within minutes Oscar was there to pick me up and drive me over to Bestway’s. He understood how little time I had and made the process of filling out the papers painless and quick. He didn’t push for an insurance either. Great car rental place and pleasant representatives. Needless to say, I made it in time to the doctor’s office. Thank you Vic and Oscar!

I must say that they have very good service. They gave us a solid car (Mitubishi Galant) and they have much better daily rates than other rental companies. Be sure to ask for Vick he’ll take care of you.

I definitely recommend this rental company. I have used plenty of rental car services over the years; both for personal and business, and this is hands down the best company I have rented from. Aside from normal compact and full size sedans, they also offer luxury vehicles. They even rent cargo vans and box trucks!
In addition to their vehicle choices, they also offer competitive rates and great customer service. The sales staff is extremely friendly and are even willing to provide rides if needed. If you plan on renting a car, call or stop by and ask for Vic. He’ll help you get the best rate/​option possible.

Friendly staff, well maintained cars and affordable rates that beat other rental companies. Very little wait time at the counter. Upon dropping the car off, I was offered a free ride to my place, which is about a mile and a half away. Thanks guys.
