Horrible customer service. I was given a quote for balloons for my event from a very helpful lady. She went through all of the choices and pricing. Two days later I went back to the store to place and pay for the order. It was a different sales clerk and he would not honor the price. He was literally 3 times the amount I was quoted. Rude, couldn’t care less attitude. Take your business somewhere else.

Love love love them! I’m not sure why they only have 3 stars I had such a great experience with them and my balloons came out so great!
I had a baby shower party for my sister and I ordered 3 balloons from them. The price was very reasonable and I paid $ 15 for delivery. They arrived on time and the balloons were better then what I imagined! I’ll definitely be using them again for events and parties. Great job!

The helium is so expensive here.

Great customer service. First time shopping here and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and understanding of my indecisiveness. Would definitely go back there for all my balloon and party needs. And would for sure recommend this place to others.

ew. i will NEVER give you business again and the only reason i did before was bc i didnt realize my local Ralph’s filled up 40 inch balloons for $ 3.99 anyway. i walk in to an empty store and called for help. nothing. i waited for 10 minutes even asked another customer who walked in if he worked here, he didnt. i finally called the store and heard the phone ring right in front of me but somehow someone picked up i think from inside… so i said, «i’m in your store but there’s no one here can i get some help?» they go «yea wait» im like)@(%*)#(*%@)*
anyway they come out and apparently the guy who was in the store was already being helped bc she said to him that unfortunately they cant get the tanks ready for his party and he panicked saying he needs them for a party that’s at 5pm today and he didnt live anywhere near here. she just shrugged and said sorry. she then disappeared again and left me standing there. finally another girl came out and i said i needed some balloons blown up that i bought myself she said i took them from the store… um…no? u dont even carry the ones i had… she then said she doesnt know the pricing for them so i needed to wait. finally the other freed up and told me it was going to be $ 10 bucks to JUST FILL the 34 inch. i asked how much the 18 inch was and she said 1.99 so i said then two 18 inch should be like 4 bucks which is more than the size of 34 inch so why is it $ 6 more? she just stared at me and said she didnt make the rules. r u kidding? i left and went to ralphs and got them for $ 3.99…yea anyway you guys COMPLETELY SUCK and im never ever ever coming back.

After another party company messed up our order, we called Balloon Emporium for a last minute balloon arch (24 hours notice). The young lady on the phone was quite helpful, as was the gentleman who made the delivery. The only complaint is that their prices are much higher (–1 star).

would give zero stars if possible. extremely rude. not helpful. poor service. would never recommend for even the smallest event. STAY AWAY! They are also the local distributor for

In a city where descent customer service is hard to find, to find AMAZING customer service is a miracle. I came in with a random request, «I need to make a balloon hamburger for an audition, can you help?» And they took the challenge and took their time to help me and make a hamburger design. We went through different balloon sizes and at the end I said how much do I owe you and they said «it’s on us, go break a leg. SO COOL!!! I’m definitely coming back and ordering from them again!

The arch balloons Balloon Emporium made for our little league opening ceremonies were beautiful. We definitely recommend Balloon Emporium!

I went to Party City looking for a balloon arch and they couldn’t help me, but suggested I try Balloon Emporium, so quickly headed over. I was greeted quickly and my questions were answered, they even blew up several balloons for me to see what my arch would look like. I placed my order and several days later my balloon arch was delivered on time and exceed my expectations. I couldn’t be happier and the 300 kids at opening day loved it even more. Thanks for being a great vendor for our opening day.

Good selection of balloons– but didn’t have the fruit balloons we needed for a work event… But we ended up using their star balloons anyway. So, they didn’t have our order ready when we said we’d pick up. So I had to wait 15 extra minutes which wasn’t entirely bad but I needed to be setting up at the venue asap. Wish they could’ve thrown in some free or discounted weights since I had to wait. I also had to tie on my own weights but luckily one of the staff members offered to help when she saw me struggling. I would come back just bc that one lady offered to help. I was already stressed out my order wasn’t ready… But we’ll see — gotta find other balloon vendors near by!

Super tiny store in the plaza where BC donut is in the corner. They have a small but nice collection of balloons and they deliver with $ 40 minimum for a small fee (depends on where you are). I’m excited to place my order for my wedding soon. The young girl at the front desk is very helpful.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Not only is their phone etiquette garbage, they are so rude! I can’t even count how many times the woman at the counter (she said she’s the owner) rolled her eyes and hissed at our questions. She gave us three different prices for ONE PACKAGE. And pretty much refused to sell to us. Let me quote her «are you going to buy this or not?» And walked away… when we told her we needed it she came back and RAISED the price on us! Then she ran my card for $ 5 more than what she told us! More than anything her lack of customer service as a business owner was insane. She denied that they had a website, misquoted prices, lied about having something in stock and when we showed up tried to sell us something completely different. We found the item we needed on their website but she refused to sell it to us even though she admitted to having it in stock! Insane. Please avoid this place. Party City is better and cheaper.

Have been here to get balloons on a few occasions and every time I’ve gotten the best service… they also have a wide variety of styles, love this place!

Certainly a capable place to buy balloons and rent helium tanks.
Had to do a school installation that required approximately 75 Mylar balloons. The kind folks at the Balloon Emporium handled the order promptly and professionally.
One unfortunate thing is the somewhat deceptive practice of having different prices online than in store. On the internet, the price was $ 1.10 per balloon. However, when I got to the store, the price for the same balloon was $ 2.50.
This is not on the square.
The worker explained that the online orders take 3 – 10 days. I did not have that kind of time.
The quality of the product they sell is quite good, but because of this practice, I must deduct a star and say, «Caveat emptor.»

Not surprised to see that I’m not the first person to talk about the lady sitting at the counter. Rude and definitely not fit for a customer service job. This place is great (lots of balloons) if you don’t mind having someone roll their eyes at you when asking for help. Won’t be coming back and won’t be sending any of my friends or family.

its a little small but easy to find, with free parking. the owner is quite nice and cheery and totally placed all the balloons i requested over the phone at the front! nice man. we totally plan to be back, as we do LOTS of events and bdays!

I was on Unilocal looking for paper lanterns hoping that I wouldn’t have to go to China town to get them. I came across Balloon Emporium & Party Store and spoke to George. He said they didn’t have paper lanterns and suggested several other stores for me to try. He was very helpful and kind. I was impressed with their customer service!

STAY AWAY! I told them I needed to fill 100 balloons they said I needed two large tanks of helium at $ 200+ each. It took much less than a single tank. They wouldn’t refund the helium in the unused tank. Lying to rip you off for $ 200 is pretty low. And they were rude and obnoxious. Next time I’ll do a little more research — I would have seen the negative reviews

Uh, rude… When we walked inside, the lady at the counter told us to ask her if we needed any help. I was looking for big 55 balloons for my dad’s bday, so I asked if she had any in red (she offered to help…) to which she just told us to «look there». Why offer help if you’re not going to help? Not like she was doing anything, she was just standing there… I was going to get the two 5 balloons, then evaluate how much space I have left in the car and come back to get more of the regular balloons, but when it took her 10 minutes just to fill the two 5 balloons I gave up on it.
Shady location too…
Also, the place is overpriced. Go to Party City or Party America if you can.
