Baity & Assoc. also provides Bookkeeping Services to our business clients. Our QuickBooks® ProAdvisors can even train your staff to better utilize QuickBooks®, helping your business run more efficiently.

Other services include Payroll Report Filing, IRS Resolution, and Tax Planning.

History

Established in 2003.

Baity & Assoc. Tax and Financial Services has served Pasadena and the surrounding area for the last 10 years under the current owner Debra Baity, EA. Debra purchased the business from her former employer Robert Chessher in 2003 after four years of employment with the firm Robert Chessher Financial Services.

Baity & Assoc. moved to its current location in 2011 to provide more space and opportunities for the growing business.

Debra Baity is the owner of Baity & Assoc.; and I mean owner in the most hands-​on sense possible. There is no one I know that works harder than B&A’s leading lady, who is constantly either in the office or out on location serving clients. Her professionalism and work ethic are only matched by her insistence on superb customer service. These qualities have earned Debra the endorsement of financial radio show host Dave Ramsey through his Endorsed Local Providers program. Always ready with a smile, Debra claims that «the best part of my job is the client interaction. I could never work as a corporate accountant because I would miss the people too much.»

Debra’s drive to succeed has been the catalyst to her success. She earned her Enrolled Agent License in the year 2000, and promptly bought the company she was working for 3 years later. Since then, she has learned to balance her duties as an employer while continuing to see clients personally on a daily basis.
