The business was started by sole proprietor & inventor Kennon McKinney fresh out of high school over 25 years ago at the young age of 18. Started out hand cleaning awnings under the name Spotless Awnings but shortly grew into a full service canvas and vinyl Awning & Canopy custom fabrication company.
