History

Established in 1985.

State contractor license in 1985, interior homes and hospitals. Work with leading interior designers. Many projects showcased in design houses and historical home tours. Own Pasadena craftsman bungalow featured in Pasadena Heritage Craftsman Weekend home tour. City of Pasadena historical restoration awards. Owner Michael Logan is author of ten part series restoration articles for Cottages and Bungalows magazine. EPA lead safe certified.

Artistic talent and keen interest in old buildings developed in childhood. Learned many tricks of the trade from builder/​craftsman father. Sign painter before house painter. Studied under decorative (faux) painting teachers in 1980’s. In the painting business full time since 1979.
