History

Established in 1988.

Started practicing law with a small boutique law firm in Santa Barbara whose areas of practice were estate planning, probate, business transactions, with a specialty of real estate transactions. After about four years there, moved back to the Los Angeles area and for several years was in-​house counsel and assistant to the president of a Pasadena company with a large holding of real estate. In 1988 established and have continued the current business – real estate transactions, estate planning, trust and estate administration, and smaller business transactions.

Fourth generation Californian who attended public schools in San Marino. Obtained a B.A. magna cum laude from Amherst College in Massachusetts. Spent a semester at University of Warwick in Coventry, England on an honorary history program. Received a law degree from the University of Southern California Law Center. Worked as an attorney in law firms in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and as the assistant to the president of a company in Pasadena which had a large holding of real estate. Established own practice of law in Pasadena in 1988. Areas have included real estate transactions, business transactions, estate planning, and estate and trust administration.
