My father passed recently and Dave must have seen the obituary. Yes, he did clean carpets for my parents some years ago and did a fine job. But he took advantage of my father’s passing and came to the reception following the funeral taking the opportunity to «reintroduce» himself to us and hand out his business card. It was in very poor taste. He did not come off as a caring friend of my parents wishing us condolences, but an opportunist who took advantage of the situation to procure business for himself. Shame on you, Dave.

Honest and high quality family run businesses like this are very rare!
Our Family has been using Advanced Carpet for over 20 years. They have consistently exceeded our expectations during this time. In fact, one time we called for help with a spill from a party we had, and Dave directed us how to fix the spill over the phone. It took 2 minutes and was free of charge.

Just. Don’t.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor work ethic, sloppy work habits, and a failure to stand behind their work. Created lots of new damage while performing «restoration.» Final work product was ok, but what a bleeping hassle to get there.
Unless you like upping your blood pressure meds or gulping handfuls of valium, don’t suffer through this nightmare.
