Robert is a great IT resource. My work had to update all it’s medical workstations to Windows 7 from older XP. Robert was able to work around our patient schedule, come early, stay late and was great to coordinate with. He sat down at our workstations, asked a few questions about our individual preferences, printer routing, backed up all software/files and re-installed them in the same place. Our non-tech savy staff were even able to come in the next day and not notice any difference(except some graphic changes) and went straight back to work! Definitely a recommended resource for any IT/computer related assistance.

Good service, decent prices. Some computers and printers are also for rent. Call first to make sure that someone is there to help you. If not they will come right away. Expect a hefty deposit until you become a tegular. But that money is refunded. Otherwise the rental prices are much more reasonable than Rent-a-Center.

My Lenovo laptop was starting to build many problems that even after reformatting to factory settings, it still would not work. I took it to Robert at ABS, and by the next day my laptop was fixed. This has been the 3rd time I have used their services over the past 4 years on different systems, and every time my problem/repair was done.

My computer had some blue screen problems due to a bad memory module so I left it here. Job was efficiently done. I don’t need to worry about contacting the manufacture about warranty — the guy here took care of it. I got everything I expected. I’m new to this country so I don’t know how much the service is supposed to cost. Testing memory cost $ 49, installing windows 7(was using windows 8, it sucks) cost $ 149, and ordering, installing, and testing a new memory module cost $ 95. I thought these are kind of expensive, but he told me beforehand so I can’t complain about that.

I had a great experience here, Robert was very professional, and straight to the point. told me what was wrong with my pc very quickly, and was able to fix it in a day. I got my biz back up and running. Prices were reasonable, and def worth the quick turn around. I’ll def go back. Thank you Robert

Robert is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is highly intelligent and well-educated, having double-majored in Psychology and Computer Science at Cornell and been a member of MENSA(i.e. he is literally a genius). He was able to connect my new printer to my computer in minutes.

the address for this listing is wrong, it is 711 E. Walnut. i will never set foot anywhere near this place. they registered my computer for the factory warranty(in THEIR name!!!) and then tried to charge me for the registration. never told me what they had done. i researched it and had to re-register my computer in MY name. when i pointed out that i had never authorized anything like that they got huffy with me. highly unethical — YIIIIKES!
