2M Auto Brokerage

I called Mercury to use their roadside service and Road America Service set up these guys to come tow my car. They initially told me 1 hr to 1 hr 10 minutes. It was a Wednesday night at 7pm so I wasn’t happy with that but I said ok. An hr passed and no tow truck. I called back in and they told me tow truck driver would be there in 30 minutes, he was almost finished. 30 minutes passed, no tow truck driver. I called back at 8:45pm (1 hr 45 minutes after my initial cal!!) and they told me driver would be there in 10 minutes. I was pissed but wanted to get home so I was like, fine. Wel, 10 minutes passed, no driver and I said f** it, called Roadamerica and asked where tow truck driver was. She tells me, «He now says 45 minutes» I about blew my top. I said tell him to shove it and get me someone else now please! Fortunately, another two truck service showed up 35 minutes later and I finally got home. I have heard2M does this all the time. They bait and switch Roadway knowing full well they won’t get there in an hr. Shame on Road America for selling out to the lowest bidder since customer service is secondary. Horrible company!!! Delays happen but don’t flat out lie!

Top notch service! Rented a car from these guys and they really take customer service seriously. Delivered the car to my office, then picked it up at the office when I was done. I would gladly recommend them.

These guys were great to me. I had a specific car in mind, and they did whatever they had to to make sure that I got what I wanted. When the car was shipped and arrived late and with damage from the trip, they fixed all of those issues and made sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend their business to my own mom.
