Love coming in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food, great prices. All the pies are made every morning and are out of this world.

Not recommended… bad burger, cobbler was supposed to be homemade, but did not taste like it. Nice folks though…

This place doesn’t look like much from outside, but when we rolled in to Parsons on Friday afternoon totally famished, we decided to give this place a spin. While unfortunately they were all out of the ramp burgers, our regular burgers were perfectly tasty, the server kept our iced-tea and sweet-teas filled, and the pecan pie was out of this world. Prices were INSANELY reasonable too – and even at 4pm in the afternoon, there were a fair number of locals filtering in. One tip– there is no tip jar and since you pay at the cashier its a bit awkward to figure out how to leave a tip. I ended up leaving a few dollars on the table but still am not totally sure what protocol is.

I am officially a ramp burger fan!!! After seeing a sign on the door and getting a friendly education on what a ramp is(a wild leek) I decided to take the plunge . The burger is pure beef and even well done it was very juicy! The ramps give it just the right flavor. I am hooked. Next time I an Parsons I will definitely eat here again!
