The SWDA Inspection business started by Steve French out of a desire to connect and share the information about details of purchasing a home, many people see a nice kitchen but miss the things that are dangerous or costly to repair. The roll i enjoy is educating the buyer on the functions of the home as well as informing them of items that are of concern. I have an engineering degree and a building back round and have run multiple schools.

I pride myself in being complete but not an alarmist. I inform and educate. I feel the roll of the inspector is to make the buyer as informed as possible about the condition of the home.
