Most of the time when I log in correctly on the website, as soon as I click on anything else, I get«timeout». Useless. They ship stuff snail mail – I mean, they must actually use snails because it’s soooo ridiculously slow. Avoid if at all possible.

Very difficult to work with. Responses on line to help requests are slow and staff seem at times uncertain about how to solve problems.

They are infuriating to deal with. I just want to pick up my stuff at the local pharmacy and be on my way. However, since they come with my insurance plan, I have to deal a deluge of mail every month trying to panic me into switching to their auto mail system. YOUWILLPAYFULLPRICEOUTOFPOCKETAFTERYOURTHIRDREFILL! TIMEISRUNNINGOUTTOPAYTHELOWESTCOST! NEXTMONTHYOUWILLPAYFULLPRICEFORTHISPRESCIPTION! Oh no! As we all know cheaper is always better! I’ve heard horror stories about the terrible customer service and the missed deliveries from people who have no choice but to use their by mail service because their meds are like $ 9000 or something crazy. After getting their first hyperexaggerated letter I checked into it and found out that it was about $ 25 a year for me to get my stuff on demand at the pharmacy. Why would I want to deal with all their crap when I could just pay a bit more and get it local at my convenience with no problems whatsoever? I really wish Express Scripts would take a long walk off a short pier.

Incredibly bad. The worst. The«customer service» reps cannot do even the simplest task — such as sending me non-safety caps for the prescriptions they fill. They will NOT send out the meds with non-safety caps, they insist on mailing caps separately. But the caps the mail out are invariably the wrong size. I mean three times. The last time, Crystal, the rep, said that she had«confirmed» with the pharmacist the correct size. Incompetent. Completely.
