I do not have words to thank the morris plains team of professionals for their service and care throughout the past year.
My 6 year old needed two root canals. She was not cooperating, was kicking and screaming to the point that I really didn’t know what to do. Was ready to leave and give up but Sandra, one of the dental assistants somehow got both of us calmed and Dr Shah performed both root canals in no time.
When my front tooth broke I was beyond nervous. Dr Kartush was gentle and friendly and I did not feel a thing. The tooth looks like my own and Dr Shah did yet again another great job!
Very happy and would not change dentists for the world!

This feels like a clinic. My experience here was awful. Impersonal, long waits, uncaring dentists. They do not do the work you need at once. They make you come back and back and back. It took my months just to have 2 teeth pulled and a «flapper» put in. I would never recommend any one to go here. No doors, you sit in an open space with partitions separating you. I watched a father almost have a breakdown with one of the assistants when she told him his daughters extraction would need 3 visits. The poor girl was sitting in the chair crying in pain! They just dont care about you! Unfortunately this was the only place my crappy insurance would cover. This experience made me pay more to up my plan so i would NEVER have to go back there. if your insurance covers, or you can afford it, go to seidner dentistry in randolph. I cant say enough about them. But they are pricey compared to the clinic. But a first class dentistry practice, that really do care about you and how your feeling through the whole time. No feelings of gloom and doom like this clinic makes you feel.

Service and staff are absolutely terrible. Waited for a ½ hour post exam to «check out» and then was told I could just go. Several of the front desk staff are also quite rude. Such a shame since I had high hopes for this office.

Let me start by saying I hate dentists. I know, I know — we all do.
The first time I went there (for exam and x-​rays), I thought it was just a one-​off — that everyone was so nice that one time.
However, I just went there again today for a couple of fillings, and I have had the BEST experiences of all time at this office. Everyone — the receptionists, the assistants, and the dentists are some of the FRIENDLIEST and most COMPASSIONATE people I have ever dealt with.
The truly seem to care for their patients, and enjoy their jobs! That is such a rare thing to see.
I am no longer dreading my dental appointments!!!

Great service, doctor saw my wife, daughter and I. Great service from beginning to end. Very large space and was an in and out experience.
They actually caught something my former dentist did not, kuddos!

If you are looking for impersonal, assembly line dental care this is the place for you. The dentist never even made eye contact with me; walked in looking at my chart and never looked up. Asked me if I wanted x-​rays (I am seven months pregnant! Hello! Big belly waving at you over here!). Hygenist was unnecessarily brutal with my cleaning and was callous when I voiced a concern and asked her to be careful of a particularly sensitive tooth. I will not be going back.
