I am a seasoned professional with over twenty years of successful experience in taxation and planning. During my career, I have held management positions in several prestigious accounting firms with offices throughout the United States and abroad. In more recent years, I have specialized in estate, trust and gift taxation and planning as well high net worth individual taxation and planning.

I also possess a broad knowledge base in the area of partnership and corporate taxation. These areas of taxation cross over various industries including but not limited to financial services, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment, and entrepreneurs. I have assisted clients with a net worth in excess of $ 100 million. I have been responsible for the preparation and review of all compliance tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120-​S, and 990). In addition, I have represented clients before both federal and state taxing authorities with very positive results.
