Two stars… One for the good yogurt and one for the good toppings. Besides those two things being good, the place was a dirty mess. The drip trays were disgusting and flooding like Noah’s ark. Also, when we walked in we weren’t even greeted. The two girls working just stared us down and didn’t even smirk. Ridiculous.

The best dessert one can ask for on a sunny evening. Always fresh, always delicious and always hits the spots. This place is already starting to get crowded. I can only imagine what it will be like when the heat hits in summer. Definitely a treat to have on any afternoon/evening.

So after a bit of a terrible day, my daughter needed some serious cheering up… and that has almost always meant one thing — ice cream or frozen yogurt. Clearly tonight it was Fro-Yo at Cups. We’ve been here many times before, and there’s a reason we keep coming back… this stuff is delicious. The frozen yogurt is creamy and delicious and most importantly doesn’t leave a chemical aftertaste like some of the other places I’ve tried. Lots of different options for flavor a here and the toppings are plentiful. I will give them one negative and it’s the same that I think I’ve given every place like this… it’s expensive-even without adding in the extra toppings it’s expensive. Not saying it’s not in line with everyone else, I’m saying all these places know they kind of have us over a barrel and they charge us accordingly. Certainly isn’t going to keep me from coming here, but I may still grumble every time I take out my wallet.

This store has s great selection of frozen yogurt — cookie dough, cheesecake, dulce de leche, peanut butter, coffee, chocolate, kiwi strawberry, tart, vanilla and other flavors. They probably have around 12 flavors in total and a variety of toppings. The place is very clean and it’s never busy. There is always space to hang out if you want to stay in. The tasting cups are unlimited and you don’t have to ask for them — great benefit from my perspective. Great experience overall!

Best frozen yogurt shop I mean so many selections like cheesecake, red velvet, peanut butter, cappuccino, marshmallow and on and on. Easily the variety can satisfy anyone and the price is standard yogurt shop prices. Would come here again and again and again

Certainly one of my go to places for froyo. There are many places out there these days to get froyo but I consistently choose between a select establishment and Cups is one of them. This location has always been very clean and never too busy. The froyo machines are always working and the froyo comes out as it is supposed to, not as a runny mess as I’ve seen at some other places. The toppings are pretty standard, with quite a few options. The flavors offered are always really well done. I’ve been to a couple places where the flavors have not been what was expecting or overall just weak. I’ve never had that dissapointment here. I will continue to return to cups time and time again.

Yummy frozen yogurt and a good choice of add-ins. We didn’t stay here to eat, but it seemed like a comfortable(and sanitary!) place.

Typical cups shop, decent variety of flavors and toppings. My only gripe is many of the flavors were similar in type(only one fruity flavor, a lot of chocolate flavors). Toppings were fresh and there were a few interesting choices too. Not a bad place for froyo

Good place and nice frozen yogurt. I was about to give Cups 4 stars but I went there tonight(9.30pm) for my big crave of frozen yo, but no one was there when it says open till 11pm.

Ok so I gotta admit that I’m totally over this yogurt fad that’s going on. Yogurt places have become so prevalent that the allure is sort of gone, but I’m sure as with most fads we’ve seen in recent years(chocolatiers, gourmet donuts, cupcakes) the cream of the crop will rise and the rest will go away. That being said, I would think that Cups will be one the remaining establishments. I came in on Sunday afternoon after purchasing $ 30 in Smashburger to nurse a hangover because what’s a fat meal without dessert? Cups was right by so I figured why not. The place is very clean and modern looking as most of them are, 2 girls behind the counter probably around 16 – 17, I was greeted – 2 people were sitting having some yogurt. Over to the wall of yogurt, they had an extensive offering of interesting flavors like french toast, cheesecake, red velvet cake, cinnamon something, dream cake(tried it, I don’t get it tho), regular cake batter, and your staples like vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream yada yada and some sorbet fruit like flavors that I could care less about. I grabbed 2 cups and made my selection and was totally prepared for yogurt nonsense to ensue as has happened with my previous other yogurt experiences. BUTNO… this yogurt came out frozen… ya know like it’s supposed to – and flowed right into the cups like it’s supposed to. No wonky machines not working, no diarrhea in a cup just delicious beautiful frozen yogurt. I tried the french toast, dream cake, and red velvet. All were tasty but the dream cake had no distinct flavor that I could pinpoint, the french toast was interesting and delightfully cinamonny, red velvet was red velvet. I got hubs cake batter, cookies & cream, and chocolate. He didn’t specifically comment but his cup was empty after he attacked it so I assume it was a win. Toppings are pretty standard, a nice full bar of fresh fruit(not that I waste my yogurt on fruit), and various other diabetic delights like crushed pb cubs, reese’s pieces, caramel bits, and boba. 2 overloaded cups for about $ 12 – pretty standard. They even stayed mostly frozen for the ride home which proves how cold they were. So yes, I like you Cups, and I’ll return to enjoy more of your yogurty goodness in the future.

Pretty much like every other yogurt place out their these days, which is why its awesome. Plenty of flavors and a wide variety of toppings to please even the pickiest of eaters. Beware though as price is by the weight and a cup of yogurt can come in costing you 8 bucks if you aren’t careful. Delicious and refreshing. The branding is «interesting». I am willing to support however somtimes the girls employed are VERY young and the uniforms are VERY small.

Welcome to Parsippany! I love this brand new Cups! They’ve opened just in time for Memorial Day, which is perfect timing — especially if this heat lasts all summer long. It’s more spacious than the other locations I’ve been to(I’m looking at you, Clifton). Lots of couch seating, and there are even a couple of tables outside. And the shop is clean — SOCLEAN! It was really nice to see the girls cleaning the machines, the seats, and the windows as needed throughout the time we spent there. And, as usual, the froyo is delicious. The flavors are always changing(check the website!) and there were a ton of fruit, candy, & nut toppings. All fresh, all refilled regularly. Bonus: there’s never going to be a parking issue here, because Cups shares the lot with the big Pathmark.
