I only went to Cali Nails because I received a gift card. If I had to pay for it I would have turned around and walked out as soon as I walked in because there was construction going on & the place was really dirty & noisy(I really wanted to relax). But the dirt & construction are not the reasons I gave this place one star. I’ve given myself a better mani/pedi at home. The woman who did my manicure clearly was in a rush and zipped through it without a care. I have clear nail polish on my cuticles and skin; she didn’t even bother to clean it off before she moved to the next person waiting to be serviced. I then had to wait a while for my pedicure. Once I finally got in the chair one of the working told her young daughter to remove my nail polish but when she started another technician came over to start my pedicure. He was nice, gentle, & took his time however as you’ll see for the photos I post he didn’t do a good job. Before he started to polish my nails I told him that I could still see some of the green nail polish that should have been removed and he took it off(@ least so I thought). When I got home to take a closer look I noticed that not only was there still green nail polish on my toes nails that the new color was not completely covering my nail. Very disappointing because I have an important event tonight. I would like to add that the workers were all personable and I could tell that their regulars love them. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. I prefer to pay a premium price for premium results.

This salon was very efficient. There are two types of nails salons for me — the kinds that are spa-like, indulgent, and expensive and the kinds that are quick and cheap. This was the latter, but it worked perfectly for me! I was in a rush and I got done quickly. My nails looked great and my service was on point. I recommend this place if you are a busy person looking to get your nails done quickly and well done.

I have been to the salon 3 times now, and after mentioning the few issues I had the first time, Kim corrected them without having any attitude toward my complaints at all! They are very nicely done as you can see in the pics I posted. Thank you Kim… Kisses

It’s not a fancy salon but the workers work hard they talk to their customers and the ladies me and my two girls had were real good. They didn’t have attitude and did a good job on our pedicures even got into our in grown toe nails. A good thing they speak English to each other not just another language. They kept taking clients even 10 min before closing. I would come here again when I’m back in town.

This is your typical low-cost nail place. However the staff was friendly and it appeared pretty clean. One of the nail techs nine-year-old daughter was there, which normally would not bother me, however she was allowed to run around, reaching over clients, and kept constantly bumping into the tech doing my nails. When I pay to have my nails done I want to go and relax, and this was kind of making it hard to do that. The lady doing my nails kept up selling me, so although I only went in for a $ 20 pedicure I walked out $ 60 later. But, that is my own fault I suppose! I should learn to say no more assertively I guess LOL Overall, I was happy with the way my nails turned out. She did a very nice job shaping them and was very careful and meticulous about the paint. The pedicure and manicure I received made me happy. Just don’t go here expecting to have a relaxing spa-like experience.

I was very displeased at the shellac job done at CaLi Nails. This was my second time getting shellac done there; the first time the shellac didn’t last very long. I’m sure not all of the nail techs do such a terrible job, but mine must’ve been in a hurry.
