Description

Specialties

As a student of the game, I have spent the last twenty years training to be the best as both a player and most recently as a coach. My main goal as a coach is player development — both the person and player. It has been my experience that winning follows after that. I have had great success with improving the skills of all positions. I can provide you with take home routines that will leave no question on how to make it to the next level.

History

Established in 2000.

What can an athlete expect from private lessons with you?

A well rounded, structured session with progressive goals and take home workout guides

including arm care, agility, power, core, drills, and routines. Each baseball lesson includes a dynamic warm up, drills, instruction, advanced workout, and proper cool down.

I emphasize energy and effort as well as confidence and positivity. These are characteristics that will help anyone at anything! I don’t hold anything back. You will learn for 60 minutes when you take a session from me. Some parents record and take notes. More good habits!

Sessions move progressively as the students gain skills, and then training advances. This process is repeated and varied so that workouts never become stagnant.

Meet the Business Owner

Vince L.

Business Owner

As a player, I was a scholarship athlete at Wheeling Jesuit University, garnering all-conference honors, honorable mention Daktronics North Atlantic Region, and conference player of the week. Undersized, and lacking talent of a traditional blue chip prospect I was forced at an early age to learn as much as I could about the game to gain a competitive advantage. I believe the skill of being resourceful is something that translates into any profession and thus is one of the hallmarks of my coaching philosophy. My main goal as a coach is player development — both the person and player. It has been my experience that winning follows after that.
