High Point Salon

I got a groupon for multiple services here and am very happy with them all! Gen was great, my highlights turned out fantastic, and she even covered up some old highlights that weren’t done well. And my cut turned out exactly the way I like it! I’m very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely go back!

I came back To get my roots touched up and I could not be more disappointed. First of all my appt was at 9 and no one was there when I came in. They didn’t open up until after 910. I have blonde hair and my roots look like carrot tops. I told Gen when I had my hair done how upset I was and she wanted me to come back another time to fix them bc the men’s cut was more important. I am mortified and going to another salon to get them fixed. I will never go back there.

Purchased a haircut here through a Groupon for my 16 year old stepdaughter. Her hair was shoulder length, but she prefers it short. We usually go to a friend of mine in Medina, but with the horrific winter we had, not exactly where we want to drive in bad conditions from the west side of Cleveland. Although the salon itself is nice, quaint, and everyone was pleasant, the haircut was AWFUL. Can’t remember who cut her hair, although I know it wasn’t Tiffany that everyone speaks highly of, but another young girl. There was absolutely NO style whatsoever. It looked like a buzz cut one would get before enlisting. And not an even a clean one at that — a choppy buzz cut. My poor husband wanted to cry when he saw her, he was so upset. She’s a real trooper though and shrugged it off knowing it would grow back. If that was ME as a teenager, I would have thrown the biggest fit anyone’s ever seen and locked myself in a closet for a month! They sent us additional coupons in the mail to return, but I will never go there again or recommend it. Their stylists are not experienced enough, and I can’t trust them for a good cut.

I found this salon through an offer on Groupon and so glad I did. I loved my cut and color!!! Tiffany is a passionate and gifted stylist. Beautiful salon, friendly staff and exceptional service! I was a bit of a salon slut — bouncing around on Groupon offers trying to find a place I really like. High Point Salon is my new hair home :)

I just went to High Point Salon for the first time. I actually felt sorry for the person who was going to do my hair. It was a mess. However, Tiffany took on the challenge without hesitation. Tiffany helped me pick out a beautiful brown color with red highlights. Since my hair had many layers in it, which I was sick of, Tiffany cut my hair into an angled bob. It is absolutely fabulous. Not only is Tiffany an awesome stylist both her and her Aunt, Ann Marie, who works the front desk, made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked it. It was like I was family and they both welcomed me with open arms. The salon is easy to find and super clean which is important to me. I’ve already passed out some of their cards and I will return again and again. I am glad to find a salon that knows what they are doing.
