They have on their website that they have a notary Saturday 10 – 2 however when you go into the store they say that he’s only there during the week. It would be nice if people updated their sites with the appropriate information. We’ll be doing business elsewhere.

I used PP for shipping antiques. Just avoid them if at all possible. the Local UPS is far better. Not only was packing unprofessional (a large heavy clock mixed in with a delicate piece of furniture in the same box), they weren’t adequately wrapped and the box had no structure so naturally the items were damaged in transit. Although I purchased extra insurance, they demanded extensive paperwork in order to begin processing the claim, and after I provided the estimates, they stopped responding. What’s the point of taking shipping insurance? What’s the point of shipping things so poorly they brake? What’s the point of using Postman Plus?
