Ordered copies of a poster online. The order was ready 15 minutes later, ran in store and picked the posters up right away! It was convenient and the posters were inexpensive, would definitely recommend.

First time here to use the copy and print center. Waited in line for 15 minutes before taking my flashing drive. He then started helping everyone else in line. Didn’t get back to my project for another 15 minutes.
Two people were working but one gentleman was working on some other project in the back apparently.
I honestly wasn’t sure if I should be angry or feel bad for this guy that had to deal with frustrated customers. He was the only one working the busy front desk. The rest of the store was dead and I would hope that a manager would help out when their employee is short handed. No sense of teamwork at all.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

Went there to price match a tablet with a staples ad. The tech guy and the Mgr said they can’t price match it because they will get into trouble in the morning and the price was too low at staples.
I said I never had a problem here before so why is there one now. Then he just walked away and helped someone else. WoW…
I’ll most likely never shop at office depot again because of this. Because I refuse to waste my time in the future.
