First time I’ve been to this location. Service was okay-ish. What made me irritated was that my drink was $ 8.10. I tipped .90 cents to make it an even $ 9. When I look at my bank statement I was charged $ 9.10. She rounded her tip up to a dollar. It’s not that I care about 10 cents but that’s basically stealing. I wrote very clearly on the receipt. I always do. That’s crappy that they can get away with putting whatever tip they want on there. I would have tipped more but I didn’t think she had good enough customer service. I work for tips at my job and I would NEVER do that. No matter how little the amount is. It’s stealing.

I had posted a review on here before about how bad this crew. I would normally come around 10 pm at night One girl I believe her name is alex was very rude to me and actually started trouble. I will no longer shop at this location because of it. and they would always serve my drink luke warm which I ask for it to be hot. Since last review was deleted somehow I plan on also reporting them to the BBB I am very unhappy, and the upper management doesnt even care, you send them an e-mail and they do not even respond very poor customer service. If I could give this location a negative stars I would, and I also let my friends know how aweful they treated me, and they are now refusing to get their drinks from there as well.

I LOVE Bigfoot Java. My boyfriend at the time lived around this area so If I didn’t get a coffee by my house(176th) then I would come here. This place is the worst. Staff is extremely unfriendly. Would be rude because you pulled up to the line and made their boyfriend that was sitting in his truck keeping her company move. Drinks are never consistent. Most of the time the drinks would be so bad I would tell them and have it made again. But 9 times out of 10 the re make coffee would also be bad so I would have to drive to 176th and have them make me a decent coffee.

Good service, ok drinks. They need to get more consistent on the taste and temperature. Sometimes it taste like heaven, but other time it taste like a bitter place in hell, it’s so hot it takes days for my toungue to heal. And knowing how to foam your milk is not rocket science. Overall ok place, better than Starbucks, same price thou.

They’re super fast, and always get our order right. I always come with a list from work and I’ve never had a problem.

Big Foot Java is my favorite coffee place of all time! I pretty much always order an iced 24oz white chocolate white coffee Americano with cream. Today was the first time I stopped at this stand and it was only because I had to drive through the town from a road trip. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star rating is because there was no line, 2 girls working, one of them asked me what I wanted and then turned away from me when I was ordering which is just bad customer service, and then she made the drink wrong probably because she turned away and didn’t hear everything. That just annoyed me. Otherwise this is an awesome place to stop. They have pastries as well, and some bagels but no toaster so that’s something they can improve on… No one likes a cold bagel.

I have to agree with Liliane below. I really wanted a mocha or latte before work late one night and asked new girl named Vivian what was in the Latte and Mocha drinks. Its 10pm and the sign has no lighting, very hard to read. She tells me «Sugar and spice and everything nice. «Umm… thats really cute but whats in your Latte and Mocha. «I can’t tell you, it a secret.» You want me to buy a drink I don’t know the ingredients of? Can you read me the description on the board so I have a general clue of whats in the drink. «No, I can’t tell you whats in the drink.» There is a description on the board for all your drinks can you read me whats in your mocha or latte please. «No.» Is there a manager? «No.» Then laughs and tells me to have a great night. Did I miss something? A 24 hour coffee shop should have proper lighting for night service. And forget customer service. They seem to think you should drink whatever they hand you and not ask. Too many people have allergies, dietary needs, and preferences for you to play guess whats in your drink.

The normal crew is gone. The new girls are rude, and my coffee was littered with coffee grounds. 20mins for burnt coffee doesn’t make this girl happy at all.

Lots to choose from! Something for everyone! Hot, cold, sweet or savory you will find it here! Prices are better than local fare at Starbucks… and they dont burn their beans. who likes bitter? Trouble… sometimes you get behind the guy who doesn’t know what he wants so fast service isn’t an option. The baristas help you to decide with great knowledge of products! This one is open 24~7 and right on the corner of easy in and easy out!

BigFoot Java!!! Yes! Of course I’m going to try coffee from this joint! With names like Nutty Yeti and Legendary Latte, wouldn’t you too be curious, especially if you aren’t a local?! I tried the Abominable White Mocha: White chocolate powder and a dash of vanilla topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Yummy! Sweeter than the drink I had at Dutch Bros but delicious nevertheless. And now, I can go back to California and talk about the time I drank and Abominable Mocha. That’s just awesome!

I had my usual Iced Americano, and it was pretty good. This was a new establishment, so as expected the service was very friendly and cheerful. They do not have punch cards, but if you buy a 20 $ giftcard, you get 5 $ for free. and if you buy a 80 $ giftcard, you get 20 $ for free.
