I tried downloading Viva Piñata PC off of some website for free and it downloaded a scary virus on my computer, rendering it inaccessible. I immediately called Ubreakifix and they told me to come in and not to give my social security to the «Microsoft number» the virus told me to call.
I brought my computer in and (I think his name was Brent) saved my computer and my identity in a fast and friendly manner.

I don’t know if $ 100 is a fair price (didn’t really shop around) to replace a 5s screen but they were fast and fixed it on the spot. (Total time, probably 30 minutes) and they have good store hours (most other repair shops were closed)

If i could give this place a 10, I would! I can’t even begin to convey my gratitude to these guys. Here’s my story: I dropped m y brand new 1-​month-​old iPhone6 in clear water. I immediately put the phone in rice and left it there for 5 days after reading suggestions on Google. On the 5^th day I call Verizon and the gal was willing to give me a special deal because of my long service with the company: a Certified Pre-​Owned phone as though I had insurance which would cost me only $ 149. I thanked her profusely. She transferred me to the Tech Support to submit the order. He refused nicely and said she was terribly wrong and apologized. He said I would have to purchase a CPO online at a cost of $ 499! WHAT? I just paid $ 536 + $ 26.24 for Invisible Shield Glass + $ 37.49 for Wrap Case and now my only option is another $ 499 like I have a money tree or something? I said I just can’t do that. He immediately reactivated my old phone and transferred me to an Apple rep who would charge me only $ 129 to replace the cracked glass on my old iphone5 and the soonest appointment I could get was three days later (this was a Friday). Oh well, that was the cheapest way and would give me a decent working phone. This call started at 12:38pm and ended at 2:21pm! The next day (Saturday) I decide to visit uBreakiFix not too far from my house. I wasn’t going to give up that easy! Austin greeted us and agreed to do a diagnostic for free to see if it was repairable. (Neither Apple nor Verizon offered a diagnostic.) I left my phone and a couple hours later Austin calls and said he got the phone working but the Home button isn’t working so he’d like to keep it overnight and see what else he can do. The next day Brandon calls and says they couldn’t get the Home button to work but he can provide me with a work-​around so I can still use the phone. Hallelujah! I go in today (Sunday) and Brandon shows me the work-​around (genius) and says he did some more work on the Home button and he may be able to fix it with a part that he’ll order and it will be in on Tuesday. If it works, I pay $ 59 for the part. If it doesn’t, I pay nothing but my new iPhone6 is working either way! Not only are these guys amazing, they are kind, patient, explained everything they found like locating the water, using alcohol and dehydrating machine to dry it out and a little more about the internal workings and the Home button (most of what I sort of understood and more info than anyone else took the time to tell me). And each time I spoke to them in person or on the phone, they thanked me for coming in and/​or calling. They will always be my go-​to people when it comes to any of my electronic devices. I love my Apple products: iPhones, iPads, MacPro and MacAir but the service here was the best I’ve ever gotten and saved me a ton of money. Thanks Austin and Brandon! I thank God for these guys. What a blessing they have been!
