I’ve used this location several times. The staff is knowledgable and courteous. I’ve even witnessed two instances of unreasonable, mouthy customers. The staff handled them with absolute civility and dignity. Total pros!

Went in to ship my snowboard. The associate working told me it would be $ 75 to ship and $ 19 for the box alone. I went down the street to FedEx, which is faster and reliable, and paid a grand total of $ 17. The cost difference is utterly ridiculous, not to mention the FedEx associate was actually friendly and helpful!

Horrible service would never come here again or use UPS. I had my item all boxed up and prepaid just wanted to drop off my box and didn’t need a receipt. Usually any other place I can just hand it over and leave. Lady at counter told me to get in back of line because label needs to be checked. Once I got up there the girl didn’t even check it! was it so hard for the other gal to just take the box when she wasn’t even with customer!!!
