I’ve been to the other location in the past and just recently went in to get repair parts for our washer and dryer. Scott was very helpful and pulled down all the part numbers, wrote them down and priced them out for me. My wife and eventually decided that it was time to replace, rather than repair so we went looking at the Sears Outlet store and another big box home improvement store but the set we found (and the price we wanted) was at this store. We got great service, a great price and super fast delivery. I read the reviews of the other location but I understand there is a new owner and I did not experience any poor service at this location.
