RMR Carpet Cleaning

Jake and his mom are excellent business owners! They have cleaned my rugs, several chairs and my carpets. Dependable! And showed up on time!

I called about getting out a stain that I thought might never come out. Shelly called me and had Jake come out. They cleaned not only the stain, but the entire living room, dining room, hallway and area rugs for the minimum charge. Shelly called me the next day to see if the stain had resurfaced. I said it had a little bit so she came out and worked on it again. The carpet now all looks amazing. That is great customer service that you just don’t find a lot of anymore.

If you want a great price, with great service, use this family-​owned company! They are super friendly and my carpets look better than they have in years! Jake is an upstanding person, realiable and did a great job! I highly reccomend!!!

We called RMR this afternoon to ask about getting out a spot in our carpet. We were moving out of our apartment and needed to make sure we turned it over in perfect condition so we didn’t get any charges for stained carpets, etc.
RMR called us back within the hour and had someone out to us within two hours. Jake and Kim did an AWESOME job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They even were able to clean the entire front room carpet for us since it was all covered in the minimum versus just spot cleaning. I am thrilled with how it turned out and will absolutely use them in the future. The price is right and the work is excellent quality.

RMR cleaned my carpets today and it was a great experience all around. Shelly was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Jake and Gordon were the technicians who came to do the cleaning and they were very friendly and did a great job. They offered me scotch guard but did not push it on me or insist on more area or more services than I had stated (thank you for that!) The carpets look great, even tough stains came out. They even left me an industrial fan to help dry it up quickly since I have 4 small children running around the house. Would definitely recommend. Great price, great service.

Really great service and really top notch quality of work! Jake was the one who did the cleaning and it was really nice to deal with people that were not only very friendly but just all around good people. We have 2 dogs in a small condo (under 1000sqft), so there were plenty of pet stains around the place as well as the typical pet odor. However after they finished cleaning the carpets — there are NO more stains and the place smells as it did when we first moved in! HIGHLY recommended!

Amazed at the service. This was the first time we hired someone so I was very hesitant. We had juice, coffee and paint stains that they were able to get up. The carpet looks brand new. Everyone was so professional. We’ll definitely use them again.

It started with calling and speaking with Shelly. She explained about the company and how they price. They count actual «cleaned» square footage rather than just charge based on the size of the room (Even if it is covered with a bed, dresser, etc). This is of course more fair for the customer. She quoted $ 125 for my two bedrooms, stairs, landing and an office. This is a very good price.
David showed up on time and he was fantastic. He was very professional, friendly and cleaned the carpets very well. My carpet was very bad and he had to get them really wet to get them clean. While he was cleaning other areas he brought in the commerical floor fans to get some of the air circulating. WOW.
These guys are the real deal and they earned a customer for life.

I just had my carpets cleaned today by Shelly and Jake and I am impressed! Shelly is beyond friendly, efficient and prices are very reasonable! There are a lot of big names out there who profess great customer service, but in truth I don’t think you could do better than Shelly and Jake at RMR Carpet Cleaning.
I will absolutely use them from now on and I highly recommend them!

The hi-​rise building I work in has used RMR for both carpet cleaning and floor restoration. They are extremely professional and Shelly basically wrote the book on customer service. Prices are reasonable (especially for the level of service received) and we will continue to use and recommend them.
