We sell the best and most authentic Hawaiian shave ice in the Denver area. Our machines are professional, top-​of-​the-​line block ice shavers just like the ones that are used in Hawaii.

Our flavors are direct from the Islands and are authentic and delicious. We mix them with pure cane sugar and clean, purified water to enhance the tropical deliciousness. Our ice is made with crystal clear filtered water and frozen into solid blocks.

We offer the authentic add-​ins you have come to expect on your visits to Hawaii. Our goal is to transport you, even temporarily, to a Hawaiian paradise. Or shoud I say «parad-​ice»?

We are a mobile unit stationed in the Murdoch’s lot at the intersection of Parker and Lincoln in Parker, CO. When we are not there, we may be at an event, a private function (yes, we cater), or hitting the local pools or parks.

Mauna Snoa is a family-​owned and –operated business established in 2012. Our goal is to provide an authentic Hawaiian shave ice experience through delivering the best product with the best customer service.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Matt is first and foremost a lover of good, authentic Hawaiian-​style shave ice. He first visited Hawaii in 1967. Not sure if shave ice had been invented yet… but later trips confirmed a love for this soft, cold, tropically-​fruity treat.

He started the business with his family late in 2012 and they have had a great time testing flavors and textures and bringing the very best quality shave ice to the Parker CO area.
