This is not a typical re-​former workout, M2CORE+ is actually the LAGREE method. The Lagree method is a combination of weight training + Pilates. M2CORE+ utilizes the best of both: strengthening and toning benefits of weight training and lengthening and postural enhancing benefits of Pilates in a circuit training sequence. The LAGREE method routines incorporate «old school» exercises like pushups & lunges; however, the support of the MEGAFORMER eliminates the pressure on joints and the spine which eliminates extra stress on the body. In the LAGREE method you will SCULPT and TONE your body in a whole new way!

History

Established in 2012.

Founded and created by Sebastien Lagree; Celebrity Trainer to the Stars, discovered a way to workout that infuses Pilates, Weight Training and Cardio to sculpt your body like no other workout can. To get results fast and strengthen and tone while at the same time creating strong and lean muscle mass. Our MEGAFORMER has the best both, easy on joints and injuries while at the same time toning and firming those hard to sculpt areas of the body.

Business Owner

Heather has always been an avid gym lover & cardio junkie. Her love of dance, lead her to her passion for Pilates! It was in 2006 Heather discovered the LAGREE method and was hooked after the 1st session. She knew she had to share it with others. It was during certification with the creator himself Sebastien Lagree, she learned she had scoliosis. It was then she knew her destiny was found and M2CORE+ was born! Heather loves the LAGREE method because it’s a safe alternative to the stress & pressure put on her joints from being a competitive runner. Always looking for new ways to challenge herself & Clients, Heather has currently mastered the art of suspension training through TRX and recently acquired certification in PILOXING (a combo of Dance, Pilates & Boxing) with owner and creator Viveca Jensen. Heather aspires to make her class’s fun & challenging, work to change & replace bad habits; transform how you feel about physical fitness, & help you feel empowered!
