KC holds the Green Industries of Colorado Best Management Practices (CBMP) Certification and for the past 3 years has specialized in water conservation audits with xeriscape designs in both commercial and residential properties.

Daniel Brown — Owner, Operations Manager: Over 5 years of supervisor experience. Manages the flow of work; scheduling and execution of maintenance, irrigation, and pesticide and fertilizer application to ensure CBMP is followed throughout the company’s process.

KC Land Designs LLC is trained in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), employs a Qualified Supervisor and applicator.

History

Established in 2008.

KC Land Designs has been serving the Denver Metro Area for the past 7 years in landscape design and construction. In 2011 we expanded our business while working for Colorado Green Grass. KC Land Designs has grown into a full service landscape company providing our clients with exceptional design and installation.
