Great salon! From the peppermint tea, to the relaxing waiting room, to the massage therapists and estheticians, I love everything about this salon and enjoy visiting each month to be pampered.

Excellent experience for first visit and follow-up massage. Staff member explained membership options and informed me of suggested special promotions that saved me money on gift certificates and membership. Tianna provided my first 80-minute massage which addressed stiffness that I was experiencing and relieved muscle tension that was causing pain. It’s evident why she is often requested by name when booking a massage. Withheld a star as I had a choice of only one massage therapist available midweek after 8pm, when booking a week in advance. Website booking would be a plus in addition to the Apple iPhone/iPad app.

I have several favorite therapists. Michelle has been working with me lately. She is FANTASTIC! I’ve been getting massages for many years and I am very specific about what I like. Michelle listens(as do all of the therapists I work with there) and does exactly what I request. I recommend H&S to everyone!

Don’t let this place rope you into one of their packages. They make you sign a contract that’s near impossible to get out of without losing money. The whole company is based off making money and not service. I had one of my preferences down as working with only female therapists. I scheduled my session with a female and last minute, they placed me with a male as I walked in the door. He was awful and did not provide me with anything I was asking for during treatment. For their mistake, the owner offered me a 30 minute upgrade for my next session. How about refunding me for this one??? No. They just try to find a way to make you come back, even after a terrible experience and a major mistake on their behalf. Skip this place!

Update 6 months later: I still recommend this place. The membership had been working out great. I’m even able to use my pkgs to share with friends. The facilities are clean. The front desk personnel are welcoming. I got a facial this time, and Jessica was so good at explaining what she was using and doing. I left feeling so relaxed. The atmosphere, the staff, and the service is always phenomenal. I’m a member, and highly recommend becoming one too if you want to get pampered once a month. I see Danny for my massages, so ask for him!
