We had the American wheat(sour), brown palace pale ale, IPA with grapefruit juice, red ale, and mango wit(less mango than wit) all of which were mighty tasty. The décor is very DIY but felt like home coming from a rural area. The server was excellent having great knowledge on the tastes, smells, and presentations of the beers. I would highly recommend this among the 158 other breweries I have been to. FYI they are open until 7 on Sunday’s not 6

I’ve been here a few times. Each time I try something different. This time the owner came by and gave me a sample of his new release. WOW it was good. 21 month aged, bourbon cask, and apple finish. 12%. We also had the red and the pumpkin porter. The place is clean, friendly, easy to get to and had wonderful staff. We have several more beers to try. Looking forward to our next trip here.

Don’t let the hidden strip mall location fool you because this place has great brews and the cozy atmosphere kind of grows on you. I was little bummed that they were out of the Farmhouse Red that I wanted to order when I went but the other offerings are tasty and I’m glad I tried some new brews. I’m glad that Parker offers a variety of locally owned breweries to enjoy.

Good atmosphere, nice people, and great beer! Try a flight — every beer I tried was so good. My favorite by far is the Chile beer! A Parker must!

The service is very much sub-par. I went with a home brewer friend from out of town. His wife doesn’t go in for beer so she ordered a Coke and the bartender came back with a Diet Coke and said«is this OK?» She said she preferred regular Coke and he dismissively pointed her to a water jug by the window. As to the beer, it was barely acceptable and pretty pricey to boot. Next time our friend is in town we’ll have to try some of the other nano breweries in Parker.

This joint is in a strip mall. To say that I had low expectations would be the understatement of the week — I just assumed it was going to suck — but it still sounded better than shopping with my wife. I was wrong. About the beer, shopping still would have sucked. Beer is good — not average — but good. Tried the blonde peach ale(stop laughing at me), it was legit. The Brown Palace Ale is super good too. Nut Brown was nice as well. Bartender is a great dude, knowledgeable about his beer and really friendly. I heard him mention that people only come on here to complain — so here’s an exception to that rule. I’ll be back.

I really wanted to love Hall Brewing Co. but from the very start, I just couldn’t vibe with the place. At the time we were there, they had few beers on tap and the ones I tried were very bland — not much flavor at all. The décor was a bit confusing, and the patrons/employees(?) at the bar were rude when I asked them a question assuming they were workers. Maybe I was just there on a weird day, so maybe i’ll come back at another time and hope for a better experience.

What’s not to love? Supporting a local brewery? With the best beer in town? With a great staff? This family is doing it right. If you enjoy beer you must stop by!

Halls is consistant. That is my favorite quality in a brewer. They are out of the way for me so I fill a growler and take it home to enjoy. My last trip, I had the ESB and really enjoyed it.

I have really been impressed with the growth of Hall Brewing. When they first opened they had a few different beers all which were ok not nothing amazing. Now after getting their feet under them they have really turned it on! The seasonals are great. At least they were in the winter of 2015. Bold flavors, great balance, I am so happy to have another great brewery in Parker. Claire C and I stopped in on our way to dinner on a Saturday night. There were probably 10 other people in the tasting room and there was baskets of pretzels on the tables. I got the Scotch Cask and Claire got the Imperial Pumpkin. Claire’s was better, but the Scotch packed a mighty punch itself. We paid our tab and took off for dinner. But it gave me a great idea. Instead of going to the local liquor store to buy beer. I am now going to stop in at the tap room and fill my growler a few times a week. I am thinking about it like the slow food and local movement. What is greener and cooler than filling your growler at the local tap room. It is totally old school and wicked awesome. Come on Parker people lets take a growler home and support our local brewery!

Bryan M & I stopped by Hall Brewing Company after our visit to Elk Mountain Brewing. I got flight like usual for a first visit and found everything to be ok. Though I did really enjoy the Juicy Peach Blonde Ale. I’ve noticed a lot of breweries in Colorado have a peach beer on tap. Hall’s Juicy Peach Blonde Ale was my favorite peach beer that I’ve had so far. I would come back to the brewery just for this beer. I gave it a 4.5* on Untapped. I have to say the tap room didn’t do much for me. It was just an average space in a strip mall. The actual brewery is off site on a farm in Parker. I think enjoying a beer there would be wonderful. They have a large photo of the farm in the tasting room. If I’m in town I’d probably stop by again, but other than that there isn’t a real draw for me to go out of my way to come back.

Living in the kind of «no man’s land» between Centennial, Parker, and Aurora, I’ve been mostly to some Aurora taprooms like Copper Kettle and Dry Dock when I’ve wanted to go for a beer. I finally decided, then, it was about time I went to a taproom in Parker. Not even being sure of what there was, I plugged my search into Unilocal and Hall came up as one of the taprooms in Parker near me, so I decided to check it out. The taproom itself is pretty unremarkable, but nothing terrible. It didn’t have much character to it, though there were a few nice touches, like table centerpieces that were flowers in beers cans. Otherwise, it was a little bland-not a huge deal, but character and setting is something I really look for it Unfortunately, about half of their beers had run out, so our selection was pretty limited. I had a saison, the lady had a stout. The saison was sadly also pretty unremarkable-it didn’t have any spice or flavor I usually look for, and was just kind of boring. The lady said the same about her stout. The staff was friendly, if a little scattered-they would be in the middle of helping someone at the bar and then walk away to help someone else in the middle of it. Weird. All in all, I think Hall could be on it’s way but as of right now, the taproom and the beer are both a little bland. I might try them again after a while.

Not just kit beer which is really refreshing. Really nice assortment of beers which run the gambit from your standard brewery list to some fairly out there cask and specialty beers. Definitely the best brewery in Parker IMHO.

I have been here a couple times now and I am quite happy with this place. The location is good, the service is great, and the beers seem to be consistently tasty. That consistency in the beer is important to me, as some places seem to be very hit or miss. The Helles here is clean and crisp, the Juicy Peach blonde ale is precisely that(and very refreshing), the Farmhouse Pilsner and Farmhouse Red are quite nice. The Stout and the Black Lager are equally rich and delicious. If I had one minor complaint, it would be that the $ 5 minimum beer pricing(unless it is a special event) seems a bit pricey. But, I would gladly pay that amount for beer that is always good, than to pay less for beer that may or may not be what you expected.

We finally made it into Hall Brewing last Saturday and were thrilled with how well they had transformed the old Quizno’s into a warm and inviting pub type atmosphere. I love that they let you build your own sampler which we did. ALL the beer was good. no really ALL of it. usually there are a few microbrews that just have that unfinished blech taste to them. NOT so with Halls’. We’ve purchased their bombers at Parker Payless Liquors before but I have to say I liked the fresh tap brews better. For a brand new brewery, you will be pleasantly surprised. On Saturday they also had a good acoustic guitarist and vocalist performing who was the perfect volume and very talented. We opted to order pizza from Portofinos just down the strip and brought it back to enjoy. They also had free popcorn. We are excited about having two tap rooms in Parker now.

New place in Parker, and it is a welcome addition! Nice selection of beers for those that don’t want to be punched in the face with a heavy dark hoppy beer, however, if that is what you want, that have something that can accommodate you. They do Firkin’s on Wednesdays, but they have it tapped all day, no special time for the tapping like some other places. This place would get 5 stars if they put in blinds or shades for the front windows. Yikes does it get bright in there!

The beer is 5 star! Let me repeat that: The Beer is Five Star! The friendly staff are 5 star also. I first tasted Hall’s beer a few months back at the Art & Ale Brew Festival at the Wildlife Experience in Parker. I was shocked(in a great way) at how good all, yes all, the beers tasted. Usually there are one or two good ones, but everything is good here. Now back to the beers. I don’t do IPA’s so I won’t talk about them except to say they have some on tap. And taps they have… …wonderful, surgical grade stainless steel taps so no «bitter beer taste» here. I went to the grand opening weekend this past Saturday and was able… …my arm was twisted… …to try 3 of their wonderful beers. The Farmhouse Red, the Juicy Peach Blonde Ale, and the Farmhouse Pilsner all were worthy of a repeat. I love having more beer choices here in the ‘burbs of Parker. Oh, why 4 star and not 5? The atmosphere is just a box in a strip mall next to McDonalds’s… …come for the beer and people, not for the space. …and be prepared to smile. Y’all come down here now!
