Colorado First Realty started managing properties for owners that were out of state and unable to have hands on. We have continued for over 25 years managing and selling properties with integrity and success.

Don is the managing Broker. He has managed properties for over 25 years and has an excellent relationship with contractors, owners and tenants.

His staff includes bookkeeping, accounting, leasing and contractors.

He treats your property as if it were his own.
