So, I decided to try again as I knew that an older gentleman works there as well, owner I’m guessing and I happened to be right next door. Luckily he was there… thank you! He was attentive and empathetic leading to «fixing» my product which is 100% more than I can say for the lazy prick that I plead with just days earlier. Wouldn’t ya know… I just wasn’t turning in ON correctly. Doh!
