Camp Bow Wow Parker

Our dachshund Polly is so excited to go to Camp Bow Wow whenever we bring her. We’ve gone for both doggie day play as well as lengthy boarding and she did great every time!

Everyone was very friendly and love the live cams. Even though they are a little hard to see, it’s a great relief knowing I can kind of see what my dog is doing.

We always use Camp Bow Wow in Parker when we need to board our dog. Miss Sophie likes it there so much she doesn’t even look back at us when we leave — she’s so excited to go play and have fun, now that’s a perfect doggie review.

Camp Bow Wow forces our dog to be more social. She comes home happy and healthy and that’s all that matters!

My wife and I were so impressed how friendly, professional and caring the staff at Camp Bow Wow were. We also talked with several of the parents and all were extremely happy with the camp and how their dogs all enjoyed it and looked forward to each visit. We also enjoy watching our pup on the webcam, so we can monitor for ourselves how she is doing. Extremely pleased with the camp.

We boarded our puppy here for the first time in February 2016 after reading a glowing review from a friend who has taken her dogs here since they were at their previous location.
Gina, the owner, truly loves dogs and cares about their physical & emotional health more than making money. This was evident in our first interaction with her. We were planning on boarding our dog for two weeks, which would have brought in a pretty penny for Camp Bow Wow, but she strongly advised against boarding a puppy for the first time for such a long duration. That first encounter with her made me a customer for life. I felt confident that she would always put the needs & safety of the dogs over profit.
Her love and knowledge about dogs is reflected in the staff she hires. Specifically, Shannon & Nick. During our dog’s first stay she got an upset stomach & Nick was on top of calling us with updates, offering solutions, and making us feel comfortable. Shannon has been fantastic at accommodating our changing and uncertain pick up schedule due to a death in the family that occurred while we were out of town. Gina, showing that her tenderness extends beyond animals, was tearful when expressing her condolences for our loss.
I’m truly grateful to have found Parker Camp Bow Wow and we will not board our dog anywhere else.

We love Camp Bow Wow and have been taking our dogs here for many years. They have a great doggie day care and special days like Teacup Tuesdays for little dogs. They also are great with boarding, which we’ve mainly used. They always remember our dogs names and still have pictures of our dog Maggie who passed away a year ago on their picture frame. Its like a family and that’s what makes us comfortable leaving our precious dogs with them.

My dog goes in with joy. He is very smart and he tends to either gravitate towards a place where he is treated with kindness or would pull away if he ever gets mistreated. He enjoys it here.

Friendly, knowledgeable & enthusiastic staff! We adopted our pup from them & Snow Capped Shepard Rescue! We couldn’t be happier with the newest addition to our family And, CBB in Parker is fantastic!

Friendly and caring staff make all the difference! I’ve been taking my dog here for overnight stays for almost two years, they always remember him and seem to genuinely want to take care of all the animals in their care. As long as they keep up the good work I’ll keep bringing my fur child back!

If I ever board my pup again, she WILL be staying here!
A little back story, we went to Key West over Christmas, and boarded our mini-​schnauzer with Camp Bow Wow. Cookie has a sensitive tummy and is afraid of her shadow, but has always done well at Camp Bow Wow, even interacting with other dogs, which is unlike her. Also, mini schnauzers have lots of health issues…
Three days into the trip, we get a call from the Camp and Cookie is throwing up everything put in front of her. It turns out that she had stress-​induced pancreatitis — a schnauzer thing. She was REALLY sick. Not only did they monitor her and call every couple of hours, they coordinated care with my vet, TOOK HER TO MY VET, got her meds, administered them, fed her watered down food, and limited water, and completely nursed her back to health. All while we were 2,000 miles away.
There are no words for how thankful our family is. We’ve always boarded at Camp Bow Wow in the past because Cookie has come home tired and happy. This time she came home healthy, thank goodness.
If Cookie can handle it (our pup gets stressed by butterflies!), we will definitely be using Camp Bow Wow again. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently used Home Buddies bc of a knee surgery & as a result I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks. Nick was so loving & caring with my pups and they get so excited when he comes by to walk them. I feel comfortable and confident and he is easy to communicate with when he comes over. I would recommend these services as they were accommodating with my schedule & situation. Thank you so much for making these 6 weeks easier!

We’ve been taking our kids to school here for several years after our previous Doggy Day Care location closed. They entire staff is wonderful and caring! They understand dogs and were so helpful getting our latest rescue to become comfortable with the new humans he was interacting with. We have boarded our kids here when we travel (for extra playtime) as well as used their Home Buddy Service so they stay in the home — both I would highly recommend.
For the reviewer that commented about hearing that dogs get sick — in our experience in 4 years we’ve never had our kids come home with Kennel Cough. Perhaps you are hearing about another facility in Parker (near E-​470). That facility was the first facility we used after Winston’s closed and we stopped taking the kids there after getting Kennel Cough for the 2^nd time.

The staff are very friendly and familiar they always seem to «know» our dogs and that makes me feel like I can trust them with my special babies. I like the webcams and the dogs have always had a good time there!

Caring staff, always go above and beyond for their campers. Competent and trustworthy. Exceptional knowledge of dogs. Know all the dogs by name and greet them by name as they enter the facility.
We have the utmost confidence in this Camp Bow Wow. They take such great care of our lab, Sam. He loves going there. So did our our other lab, Yukon.
Over the past 17 years and 3 dogs, we have tried many boarding facilities, most were mediocre or below. We have used this Camp Bow Wow exclusively since they opened, they are the best!

The friendliness of your camp counselors, the knowledge that my «kids» are happy and well cared for and assurance that you do a thorough check on all your counselors to assure they are qualified to take good care of my furry babies. I also appreciate the flexibility of your payment schedule. I like to pay up front to get the best price and you allowed me a credit from a past payment that I am able to apply today. Rather than getting a refund, I chose to continue to use your facility as it is convenient, and my kids really like going there.

We love Camp Bow Wow for the flexibility they allow us (early drop off or late pick-​up) without charging us to death. They make it easy for you unlike another kennel that charges you for everything outside of the norm. Also, the staff is awesome and knows our pups by name. I read another Unilocalers review and want to state that our dogs (and they stay at Camp Bow Wow often) have never come home sick. In fact, I find they are super careful. When we make the appointments for boarding they know if we will be up for vaccination and let us know. There are quite a few options in the Parker area and this is by far the best choice.

It isn’t even possible to tell you how much our doggie LOVES to go to Camp Bow Wow in Parker!!! He loves to go play and always has a great time. The staff is very good and easy to talk with. I love the flexibility… I can drop him off for an afternoon or morning and he has fun playing! We love Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for your services!

Staff is nice but have not found anyone that likes to take their dogs here. I have heard that dogs come home sick.
