Big O Tires and Service Centers

Arrived after they were closed, they stuck around and helped me anyway! That is truly going above and beyond! Matt totally rocks! Thank you!!!

Amazing customer service, fair prices, and they always go above and beyond. As a woman I am always looking for service technicians that will not take advantage of me and are looking out for my best interest. Jason and Matt always lay it out honestly, work a deal with me when I need it, and make sure I’m not doing more than is needed. I take all my cars here and have never been disappointed. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile, are honest, and pleasant.
They always go over the top to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I refer all my friends and family here!

Excellent service, they quoted me a price and stuck to it. Quick attention to my requests and I was in and out for tire mount and balance in about 30 mins.

Well I have to disagree with the previous reviews on here. Big O Tires in Parker saved me from a lot of stress on an extremely busy day when I found a screw in my tire. Matt was awesome and very professional. The technicians were all friendly and seemed dedicated to getting the job done right. Id recommend this location!

I was there to get tired. I called ahead and they told me the tires were on stock. I waited an hour and a half thinking my car was being worked on. Finally I asked for a status report and was told they were picking up my tires from the warehouse.
I was lied to about them having the tires and never got status updates. I left without getting new tires and wasted almost two hours.
Next time I will check the reviews more closely and take them seriously.

A few years back when I was naïve about car repair, my check engine light came on. I took it to Big-​O and they said they would call me once they see why the light came on. About an hour later they called and said I needed a new gas cap and I could go and pick one up at the nearby O’Reilly. When I came back with the gas cap they put it on and told me that would be $ 40. I now go to O’Reilly first.

1. HORRIBLE customer service. 2. Unknowledgeable staff. 3. Overcharges for unneeded repairs. If there was a rating below poor I would give it to this business. I’ve been taking my vehicles to a different Big O on Hampden and Tower for years and have always received great service. When my girlfriends vehicle showed a «coolant level low» message while she was in Parker I told her to take it to Big O in Parker to have it checked. They diagnosed a cracked coolant reservoir and were attempting to charge her almost $ 600,00. This seemed high so I received a second quote from a reputable, certified BMW shop that I have dealt with in the past and they quoted $ 200.00. When I pointed this out to the manager Matt he said that their quote included an unnecessary replacement of the thermostat. I told him that unless the vehicle has a fault code indicating it had overheated then this $ 200 addition to the parts list isn’t necessary. At this point the manager Matt said to me and I quote directly «Well you obviously know more about cars than I do so why don’t you come down here, pick it up and fix it yourself». I was appalled at his attitude towards me. He continued to argue with me and refused to give me the owners name. He then tried to charge me almost $ 200 in labor because he said his mechanic had already started taking it apart in the 30 minutes it had been in the shop. I sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and refused to pay him a dime. Do NOT trust these hacks with your vehicle!

The first time I went to Big O Tires I was very impressed. I had a punctured tire and they said they could get me in right away. I took my car down and they got me right in. I asked them to rotate the tires while they were at it. They did the work and charged me nothing for it. Zero! WOW! At this point I am thinking that the owner must be brilliant because I was sure to take my cars there in the future.
A few months later I was getting my wife’s van ready for a road trip so I decided to take it into Big O for a tire rotation and asked them to check the suspension drive-​train. Not only did they charge me $ 20 for the tire rotation this time, they also told me that I needed new shocks and struts ($ 800 worth of work.) They told me all the shocks and struts were leaking oil — indicating they had failed. They told me that at 116,000 miles the shocks and struts were WAY overdue to be replaced and that failure to do so would result in excessive wear of other parts. Being a bit mechanically savvy, I was skeptical. When I balked at having the repair done right away the owner even offered to let me drive his truck home while I waited if I would just commit to having it done right then. This all made me very wary as I felt like they were trying to pressure me into getting the work done before I had a chance to think about it or get a second opinion. I took the van home and did my own inspection. I could not find any indication of leaks and the shocks/​struts passed my bounce test, so I decided to not get them replaced. A few months later, I had the van inspected at Kuni Honda and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the shocks and struts — confirming that I was lied to by Big O.
