Boyd was great. He was easy to understand and to talk to. He also provided his cell number, which was handy, as I initially couldn’t reach anything but a company answering machine for 3 hours. He was receptive to troubleshooting on the phone, and his proposed rates, for possibly needing to stop by, seemed reasonable.
(The pilot light went out our water heater/​tank, which most likely is due to wind. The trick was to hold down the ignitor longer and to lay on the ground, to peer through the viewing windo– with my head to the right so that I could view the spark (and then lit pilot light) on the left… but a neighbor, who installed the heater, ended up showing me. I recommend watching someone who knows what they’re doing or someone from the heating service company and not trailblazing lighting the pilot light on your own.)

Great company fast and reliable service I have used them several times through out the years to handle some of my customers boilers. They have always done great work I’ll continue to use them and recommend their service time and time again.
