A waste of money. I think it was washed but that was about it. The door jams were not touched, the dash was still dirty and when asked why it had not been «detailed» he assured me it was. I had to laugh!

Another groupon customer who paid for the service but they aren’t returning calls or emails. I’ve called over 10 times over the past 2 weeks and have emailed multiple times with no response since I informed them that I had a gift certificate.
If you read the other reviews their work and reliability is very very poor.
I’m in the process of contacting the BBB for unethical practices.

I bought the groupon for this place and the experience was so bad that I eventually just had groupon refund. To be fair they never did actually perform the detail job so if they had actually been available when they finally scheduled my appt, or had ever responded when they said they would or followed through then who knows maybe they do a decent job if you can actually ever get them to be present for an appointment.
It started out with not being able to schedule my appointment. The online scheduler they wanted groupon users to use had no available appointments. After several calls to them with no response I called groupon and they got someone to call me back. They then opened up spots in the schedule so that I could schedule my appointment. The phone # for this place is never answered and on the day of my appointment I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic. I called to let them know and left a message on the machine. When I arrived at the «location» nobody was there. I called and finally got someone to call me back after about 15 – 20 minutes. They said they had to «leave for the next appointment» Being as I was only 10 minutes late for a full detail with wax I don’t buy this story at all that they had to get to the next appointment or if they had planned on doing a full wash and detail in 10 minutes I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been happy with the results of that.
anyway this was way more of a hassle then it was worth. Luckily groupon is a great company that stands by their product and after rescheduling and having them flake again I just got my money refunded to me from groupon. I would never try to use this company again. You think they would learn as they seem to always have a groupon special running. They are spending this money on promotions and then failing to deliver essentially destroying their reputation and nullifying any benefit of running a promotion.
I’d recommend reading the reviews here and take note that more than half of the «5 star positive reviews» are from people that don’t even live in this state.

Bought a living social deal and I can’t get it scheduled. They don’t answer the phone, return messages or answers emails. I have complained to LS but of course they don’t give a cr@p either. Don’t but any deal with this company as they can’t honor it. My voucher hasn’t expired yet but how am I supposed to get it done if I can’t even make an appt. Oh and their vm states you can book online, but only for Groupon customers. Will not accept a LS number or probably Unilocal deal. BEWARE

I bought the deal on Groupon and the website doesn’t have any appointments available! I have called and left two voicemail messages and still no response. I will be getting my money back.

When I walked in to the reception room, there were no employees in the room, just a doorbell button taped on a table. I rang it several times… the thing must be broken because another customer that was sitting in the waiting room told me she had to pound on the «employees only» door several times because they were vacuuming. Long story short, they broke something and wanted to fix it in the shop on their own. I had it looked at by several other companies and talked to my insurance agent, they all said his solution was definitely cutting corners. Adam even tried to put the blame on me, saying it was a loose part before I brought it in and tried to tell my insurance agent that was the case so he would pay for it. The detail itself wasn’t that great, there was white wax marks all over the inside. I put a paper in the passenger chair on the way home, and whatever it soaked up looked like coffee. I’ve had people who used to work there tell me they wouldn’t trust them with their own car because «they don’t know what they’re doing» and gave me more examples of how this isn’t a rare event, and sometime the car owner never even knew something was wrong when they left. At least they stayed in contact with me through the whole process, and they did offer their own cost-​effective solution, but they definitely didn’t want to fix things the right way.

They actually showed up for the final appointment — two guys and a van. The men were quite nice, but were late and complained a bit because of the weather (it was windy and kind of cold). And they had no idea of any of the previous issues, cancellations, etc., so seemed surprised that I asked about the «wax upgrade» that Adam had promised.
My car was cleaned better than I would take the time to do, but not what I would necessarily consider a detail. When they first looked in my car, they commented on the dog hair and said that it would be an extra charge to get it ALL out — which I understand, since dog hair worms its way into the fibers and is difficult to remove. They did try hard, though, and they got a nice tip for doing so.
It took probably 3 days for my seats to dry, and I’m not sure they did the wax upgrade, but the guys did say that if I wanted to schedule with them again, they would honor the LS voucher price for life, which was nice. I’m not sure I’m willing to take the risk of trying to schedule for 4 months before having them show up, however. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Killer Job. My car looked great inside and out. I could not have been happier. The people there are very nice too. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have there car well cared for.

I purchased a Groupon for this service near me. I called him to schedule a week or so before the expiration date and he booked me for after the Groupon expired and still honored my Groupon rate!
I had to take my truck to them (rather than them coming to me) because of the level of service I’d purchased. They did a stellar job. Though they told me that their cleaning would probably only remove 80% of the pet hair (this is a working truck and my dogs are almost always with me), they got every bit. I was shocked and totally pleased. The truck looked like new on the inside and was just beautiful on the outside. A hand wax always looks nice.
I also was very happy with the customer service. Frankly, in the world we live in it’s getting to be a rarity.
I will definitely use them again.

the detailing was okay, nothing special. my car was clean, but I’ve definitely had better. there were places inside the car where I could see the cleaning solution splatters and they also missed some places where there was obvious dirt/​grime. however they did get a decently gross spilled-​drink stain mostly out of one of my seats. I could have overlooked the okay detaling job if their customer service was better, honestly. this place is super unorganized. I called to make my appointment to drop my car off after work, and when I showed up at the scheduled time the office was locked and closed. I drove around back to find two employees smoking cigarettes who knew nothing about my appointment. they kept the car anyway. the next day the manager (who it turns out I had originally made the appointment with) calls to tell me that a portion of the promised service actually wasn’t included in that package price after all. um, what? maybe check your descriptions of your services before taking people’s money? after all of that, they (accidentally) kept some items from my car and it took me almost a month to get them back. would not recommend this place, unless you have a coupon of some sort and just happen to live nearby.
ETA after Adam’s comment — I was trying not to sound totally negative, but the item left in my car was the FLOOR MATS. Which you kept for almost a month, and repeatedly promised to mail me or drop off at my house over the phone. I stand by my opinion that your business isn’t very well-​organized, and this is a good indication of that.

I had an appointment set up for this morning, the guy didn’t show so I contacted the business by phone, left a message asking about my appt, got no reply, sent a text message asking about the appt, literally got the following reply — ‘g o t o h e l l’.

They did not show up for the scheduled appointment and they have not responded to my multiple calls. I cannot recommend.

Just got the interior of my car detailed and WOW!!! I have 2 little kiddos, so the back seat was a MESS! Pop, juice, crumbs everywhere! I wasn’t sure if they were able to get the stains out, but it looks immaculate! I think it looks even better than when I purchased it. Not sure if I even want to put the car seats back inside. :-) Thanks again, you did a fabulous job!

Had my car detailed yesterday and they did an amazing job! I just arrived back home from a road trip to TX, and they did an amazing job getting all of the bugs and nastiness off of my car. Looked wonderful on the outside and was spotless on the inside! The two gentleman that came to work on my car were incredibly professional. They were also able to «refresh» the headlights on my brother’s 10 year old car — now they look brand new! I highly recommend them (which is something that I don’t do very often). Give them a call ASAP if your car is a mess!

I get a better wash from the cheap place on Broadway, or any decent drive through car wash at ¼ of the price. My windsheild was worse when they finished then they began. Not only did they not clean the outside, whatever they used to clean the dash was all over the inside of my windsheild. They missed several spots on the outside, didn’t clean the side view mirrors. Basically, they did a $ 10 job. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Great job. Bought the Dominator Package. My car is 2004 and black. They brough it back to almost perfect. Highly recommend! Great customer service, very personable and hard workers that aim to please.

I love these guys. My car always looks absolutely amazing when they are done with it — I have honestly never seen such attention to detail. When I bought my car (brand new, 8 miles) it wasn’t as clean as it is when they are done with it. Also, they are really nice and I never have to wait too long for an appointment. Pricing is very reasonable too.
