I went there on 04/​13/​2016.
Stay as far away from the salon as possible. Melissa has the gift of gob to make you think she knows what she is talking about. I went to her to go change my hair color from jet black to purple because I trusted her knowledge as «a colorist». I told her I know I need my hair bleached but ask her to use the lowest developer possible. She begun the process and told me her using a product called Oplex will prevent any breakage from the bleaching. She started applying the bleach and foiling each section of my hair after twenty minutes I told her that the POSTERIOR OF MY HEAD WAS GETTING REALLY HOT and I think she should take the foil off. She replied «It supposed to do that, it’s expanding the hair.». She started to rince the bleach out and as she DID CHUNKS OF HAIR STARTED FALLING OUT. At this moment I wanted «to cry» and she said «Once it dries it’s gonna stop breaking.». Unfortunately for me, I let continue what she started. There was no turning back. She did not even offer me a compensation.
Long story, short, DON’T EVER GO HERE, Melissa does not hold the skills that she claims to have. MY HAIR WAS RUINED and now I am left on my to TRY TO REPARE IT.
ATTN: Revolver should QUICKLY FIND ITSELF A NEW STYLIST!

What good thing isn’t there to say about Melissa?! I’ve been coming to her for the past 2yrs & continue to do so. She’s very honest when it comes to hair care, personable, sweet, and professional. Cutting & coloring is her specialty!

Melissa gave me the best blowout ever about a month ago and I just had to go back in again today. Before she even washes your hair she asks you exactly what you want and tries to understand exactly how your hair works (if it’s thin, curly, course, frizzy) so she can use the right products on you. She is the real deal!!!

Melissa is super sweet and put alot time and effort into making my hair the exact color I wanted! Definitely going back to her for touch ups
