If I could give no stars for Patricia Goddard who works at this real estate agency I would. She is dishonest and unprofessional. You would think the daughter of an Army General would treat a veteran purchasing a home with more respect instead of trying to pull a fast one. We had issues with a Home Warranty (tried to give one that was not per the contract), garage door openers (tried to get away with giving 1 instead of 2), and a mail box key (said it is in the home but it wasn’t). Do not trust her at all and verify for yourself and get everything in writing.

After attempting FSBO for our townhouse, we decided to list it with Nick Fallico at Remax NW. He was responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the entire process. The office staff was very communicative through texts for scheduling showings, which was very convenient. Nick helped us find a home to buy and negotiate an offer that was accepted. Then it was a scramble for what to do with the townhouse we still owned. Nick screened rental applications while still showing it to potential buyers, and we ended up under contract to sell it just in time. Nick continued to make sure we made it through closing, and when things got stressful at the very end he was there to communicate with our buyer’s and seller’s agents to ensure we closed on time. I definitely recommend his services!

Terri is the best real estate agent out there. She is extremely personable, hard working and honest. She has become a friend of the family and we are fortunate to have worked with her. We recommend (and will continue to recommend) her to all our family and friends.
