Jere Tidwell – State Farm Insurance Agent

I was very disappointed in the help that I received from JJ. I called with a big concern that I had been overcharged on a personal articles policy for many many years. He could have cared less. He told me he would check in to it but said State Farm wouldn’t do anything. The only way I realized this was happening is that I on a whim checked my policy on line and found I was still being charged for something I no longer had. The agency was aware of this but neglected to remove it from the policy. Blamed me for their mistake. What was interesting though is the paper copy sent in the mail does NOT list the things under the policy as it does on line. I would have never realized this was going on unless I looked online. Well he never did check into this with corporate office but I did and now am getting my money back with interest. I had been with this agency for over 25 years. Needless to say I am no longer with this agency. Be sure to check your accounts carefully!
