They staff are not friendly. I sent a money to my sister in Canada. And have to go back after a week because the money cant be withdrawn because I need to put the middle name of my sister so she can get the money. I was trying to ask if I can add more money for the sane transaction but the staff — Leila is shouting at me that I can’t and have to do another transaction. She had my previous transaction fixed. Then filled up another one … When I went to her. She said I need to write bold letters. I told her that that’s how I write my bold letters. Which very understandable. She said my writing is cursive and next time I can’t use their service if I don’t do it. I said. She can’t always validate with me if she can’t understand it. But she said no. I ask her name. And she said her name is Leila. And she has been working for this company for 14 years and she doesn’t care … At the end. I told her that she didn’t event need to read my hand writing because. This is the second time Im sending money. So my information is already in … She seems so super all high mighty. Didn’t acknowledged that I’m right and Like shooing me away … Saying. Good day … God day. Next. Next … Trying to avoid my point !!!
