ProTrans Park City, was founded by a group of local Park City gentlemen that desire to provide luxury SUV transportation at affordable prices. With the belief that everyone should be able to ride safely in a clean 4wd SUV they launched Protrans in November 2010.

As a frequent business traveler who lives in Park City I love ProTrans. Their cars are always brand new and spotlessly clean and their drivers are locals who I enjoy speaking with on the rides to and from the airport. Their pricing model is especially attractive as I often travel alone and $ 89 each way for one person in a private Suburban is by far the best deal in town. At that rate, taxi cabs and Über don’t even make sense. I have used just about every other car service in town and these guys blow them all away.

We used Protrans for a roundtrip transfer from the airport to Montage Deer Valley. We are so thankful to the southern hospitality of Kevin. We had a delay with our bags and the dispatcher and he checked on on us and waited patiently. He picked us up in a brand new SUV and had ice cold waters waiting! We requested him for the return and it was just as enjoyable –safe driver and personality was on point! Thanks Georgia Kev!

Cindy picked us on 10 minutes notice as I forgot to make a reservation. As always, beautiful late model Suburban with plenty of space for me, my friends, and our gear. We were in a juicy to get up the hill to ski as it was a bluebird day, and Cindy delivered us quickly and safely. Highly recommended!

I use them both for business as well as personal and each driver (Beau, Shaun, Kevin, JC, Cindy, James, Ron, Rick) is nothing but prompt, proactive, responsive, professional, and safe! My sister landed at 10:30PM, they were easy for her to locate, on time and drove her all the way to our house in Heber City. When I called back to have my niece picked up later in the month, they had all my information! Wow! I think these guys are as organized as me! (Something I never say!). Impressive customer service. Some hiccups, but fixed by good customer service
When traveling, the last thing I need is more stress about making it to the airport on time. I scheduled a pickup at the Waldorf for 5:50am, over 2 weeks in advance. They told me that there would be a $ 40 early morning pickup surcharge… fine. But at least show up on time! 2 calls and 30 minutes later, still no car.
Added after Bo saves the day:
Happy ending was that Bo filled in, drove us to the airport to make our flight (barely), and refunded us the full cost of the ride!

I worked Sundance as a transportation coordinator for a film that was screening at the festival. I was not on the ground in UT, I was working from home on the east coast. I quickly found that Pro Trans was the best value, yet was very high end and really gave that Hollywood polish. Our talent was extremely impressed with the service, and so was I. I spoke with Beau about 100 times a day for several days. He was on point every single time, and never made me feel like a pain for changing things at the last minute. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Every staff member I interacted with was awesome. I cannot say enough about Beau and his team.

I was very hesitant to book a car from any place besides the hotel we were staying in but considering they wanted to charge me $ 225 for one way to the airport I decided to try looking elsewhere. So I Unilocaled a nearby car service and Protrans was the most highly rated one available. Called to make a reservation one day prior and they got me a car. John our driver showed up to our hotel exactly on the dot! He was kind, courteous and got us quickly to the airport. I will be using this company every time I am in park city in the future!

Called to get a ride from the airport to Park City, fairly last minute, and was worried I would not be able to get anything scheduled. However, after speaking with Beau at ProTrans all was good! They got me a ride with a really friendly and prodessional driver named Rick on the way there, and on the way back Cindy (I think that was her name)… was super nice and a pleasure to speak with.
The cars were clean, drivers nice, timing prompt and pricing totally affordable compared to other options. I will for sure be using the company again whenever traveling in and out of SLC airport.
